【摘要】：陜西工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院大學(xué)生戲劇社近年來(lái)在省內(nèi)外比賽中屢獲殊榮,被授予"陜西省優(yōu)秀學(xué)生社團(tuán)"稱號(hào)。文章對(duì)陜西工院大學(xué)生戲劇社十三年發(fā)展體會(huì)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并從管理模式、干部培養(yǎng)、作品創(chuàng)作、教學(xué)排練、交流比賽、宣傳展示平臺(tái)搭建和校園戲劇文化氛圍營(yíng)造等方面進(jìn)行了理性思考,提出了實(shí)踐中的具體措施和辦法,以期對(duì)其他高校推動(dòng)大學(xué)生戲劇社團(tuán)建設(shè)有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Academy of University Drama of Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College has been awarded the title of "excellent Student Association of Shaanxi Province".The article summarizes the experience of 13 years' development of the College students' Drama Society of Shaanxi Institute of Technology, and from the aspects of management mode, cadre training, creation of works, teaching and rehearsals, exchange and competition,This paper puts forward some concrete measures and methods in practice in order to provide some reference for other colleges and universities in promoting the construction of drama societies of college students.
