【摘要】：文化育人與技術(shù)技能育人是高職院校育人的兩個(gè)方面。受以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的絕對(duì)強(qiáng)勢(shì)的高職育人理念的影響,許多高職院校實(shí)施的其實(shí)是偏執(zhí)的技術(shù)技能教育,以物質(zhì)文化、制度文化、行為文化、精神文化為主要內(nèi)容的校園文化建設(shè)對(duì)高職學(xué)生的文化培育效果也不夠理想,因而提出作家進(jìn)校園加強(qiáng)學(xué)校文化建設(shè)的舉措,這種與學(xué)生面對(duì)面的、更加直接的文化育人方式,至少可以為高職學(xué)生普及具有本土特色的文學(xué)知識(shí),提高學(xué)生文學(xué)藝術(shù)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)效果,使包括自然科學(xué)類在內(nèi)的全體教師熟悉、了解、研究地方傳統(tǒng)文化,使教師在育人中努力做到文化育人與技術(shù)技能育人相融合。
[Abstract]:Cultural education and technical skill education are two aspects of higher vocational education. Under the influence of the absolute strong concept of higher vocational education oriented by employment, many higher vocational colleges carry out paranoid technical skill education and material culture. The construction of campus culture with institutional culture, behavior culture and spiritual culture as the main content is not ideal for the cultivation of higher vocational students' culture. Therefore, the writer puts forward the measures to strengthen the construction of school culture in the campus, which is face-to-face with the students. A more direct way of cultural education can at least popularize the literary knowledge with local characteristics for higher vocational students, improve the learning effect of students' literary and artistic practice, and make all teachers, including natural science, familiar with and understand it. By studying local traditional culture, teachers should make great efforts to integrate culture education with technical skill education.
