【摘要】：教師共同體是促進教師專業(yè)成長的團隊,更是教師隊伍建設(shè)的"錨地"。文章以德國"雙元制"與美國"協(xié)同教學(xué)"為借鑒,試圖構(gòu)建"雙元結(jié)構(gòu)教師共同體",并以此為"錨地",通過拓寬職教教師來源、形成"雙元"結(jié)構(gòu)教師團隊、統(tǒng)籌兼顧"雙元"教師的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、建立有效的評價考核機制,建設(shè)職業(yè)教育"雙師型"教師隊伍,以解目前"雙師型"教師隊伍發(fā)展之困。
[Abstract]:The teachers' community is the team that promotes the professional growth of teachers, and it is also the "anchor" for the construction of the teachers' team. The article draws lessons from the German "dual system" and the American "cooperative teaching". This paper attempts to construct a "dual structure teachers' community" and take it as the "Anchorage". By broadening the sources of vocational teachers, forming a "dual structure" structure teacher team, and taking into account the coordinated development of "dual structure" teachers, an effective evaluation and assessment mechanism is established. In order to solve the difficulties of the development of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational education.
