【摘要】:在當(dāng)前大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)形勢日益嚴(yán)峻的情況下,設(shè)法讓大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后能夠運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識與技能來求得生存是高校教師不得不認(rèn)真思考的重要問題。在此情境下,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育逐漸成為高校教師們開始關(guān)注的課題。我們知道,高職院校的學(xué)生不同于普通高校的學(xué)生,整體學(xué)習(xí)能力和理論水平相對較低,但在專業(yè)實(shí)踐技能方面反而應(yīng)該更強(qiáng),也即學(xué)生動(dòng)手能力、零距離上崗能力相對較強(qiáng),而這確為他們在就業(yè)受阻的情況下進(jìn)行自主創(chuàng)業(yè)提供了主觀優(yōu)勢。因此,根據(jù)高職院校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和學(xué)生特點(diǎn),揚(yáng)長避短,加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,不斷增強(qiáng)高職學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的理念、知識儲備和實(shí)踐技能,既可能讓他們通過創(chuàng)業(yè)來實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的謀生愿望和致富夢想,又可能讓他們通過創(chuàng)業(yè)來增加經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的活力,甚至還可能為其他人提供更多的就業(yè)機(jī)會。由此看來,高職院校教師針對高職學(xué)生進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究具有義不容辭的責(zé)任。 文章在闡述高職院校開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的必要性、界定基本概念以及綜述其他人對于創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以C職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為典型案例,進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、實(shí)地考察、深度訪談等方式深入研究學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意向、創(chuàng)業(yè)認(rèn)知以及具體做法,找到了普遍存在的問題,提出了進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)高職院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的一些建議。全文共分四章。第一章首先涉及研究緣起,指出了在高職院校開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的重要意義;其次界定了“創(chuàng)業(yè)”和“創(chuàng)業(yè)教育”兩個(gè)本研究中的核心概念,為文章的進(jìn)一步論述奠定了邏輯基礎(chǔ);然后綜述了國內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)前人的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究普遍缺乏實(shí)踐調(diào)查,從而導(dǎo)致其研究難以切中要害;最后提出了自己的研究方法與思路。第二章主要以C職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)意向與創(chuàng)業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了個(gè)案研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)了學(xué)生對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的渴望和師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的嚴(yán)重不足;第三章指出了高職院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育存在的主要問題及成因;第四章針對高職院校的現(xiàn)狀提出了應(yīng)加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的如下具體建議:轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念;開發(fā)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程體系,即要做到課程綜合化、國際化、實(shí)踐化、課程設(shè)置多元化;開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng),即科技活動(dòng)與創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、建立大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐基地、積極開展社會調(diào)查實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、搭建社團(tuán)活動(dòng)平臺;加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè);建立并完善創(chuàng)業(yè)教育支持服務(wù)體系;建立高職院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育評價(jià)體系。
[Abstract]:Under the increasingly severe employment situation of college graduates, it is an important problem for college teachers to make use of their knowledge and skills to survive after graduation. Entrepreneurship education has gradually become a topic of concern for college teachers. We know that students in higher vocational colleges are different from students in ordinary colleges and universities. Their overall learning ability and theoretical level are relatively low, but they should be stronger in their professional practical skills. That is, students have a relatively strong ability to take up posts from zero distance, which provides them with a subjective advantage in undertaking their own businesses when their employment is blocked. Therefore, according to the training objectives of higher vocational colleges and the characteristics of students, they can take advantage of their strengths and circumvent their weaknesses. By strengthening entrepreneurship education and constantly enhancing the concept of independent entrepreneurship, knowledge storage and practical skills, it is possible for higher vocational students to realize their dreams of earning a living and becoming rich by starting a business. It is also possible for them to increase the vitality of economic and social development through entrepreneurship, or even to provide more employment opportunities for others. Therefore, it is incumbent on teachers in higher vocational colleges to carry out research on entrepreneurship education for higher vocational students. On the basis of expounding the necessity of developing entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, defining the basic concepts and summarizing the current research situation of other people on entrepreneurship education, taking C Vocational and Technical College as a typical case, the paper carries out a questionnaire survey and field investigation. In-depth interviews and other methods of in-depth study of students' entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial cognition and specific practices, found the common problems, This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to further strengthen entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. The paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the origin of the research and points out the importance of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. Secondly, it defines the core concepts of "entrepreneurship" and "entrepreneurship education", which lays a logical foundation for the further discussion of the article, and then summarizes the domestic research situation and finds that previous researches on entrepreneurship education generally lack of practical investigation. As a result, the research is difficult to get right to the point. Finally, the author puts forward his own research methods and ideas. The second chapter mainly carries on the case study based on the investigation of the students' entrepreneurial intention and the current situation of entrepreneurship education in C Vocational and Technical College. The third chapter points out the main problems and causes of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. The fourth chapter puts forward the following specific suggestions to strengthen entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges: changing educational concept, developing curriculum system of entrepreneurship education, that is, curriculum integration, internationalization, practice and curriculum diversification; Carrying out practical activities of entrepreneurship education, that is, combining scientific and technological activities with entrepreneurial practice, setting up a base for college students' entrepreneurial practice, actively carrying out social investigation and practice activities, setting up a platform for community activities, strengthening the construction of teachers' ranks; Establish and perfect the supporting service system of entrepreneurship education and establish the evaluation system of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
