【摘要】：正在實(shí)現(xiàn)制造大國向制造強(qiáng)國、中國制造向"中國智造"轉(zhuǎn)變的進(jìn)程中,需要將精益求精、不懈創(chuàng)新、篤實(shí)專注的工匠精神融入到現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)與管理實(shí)踐,以提升中國制造的含金量和競爭力,這正是當(dāng)下強(qiáng)調(diào)工匠精神的意義所在。作為為產(chǎn)業(yè)培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能人才的主渠道,職業(yè)院校在培育工匠精神方面擔(dān)負(fù)著義不容辭的使命。文化是民族的血脈,在中華民族漫長的歷史長河里,工匠精神一直流淌于我們的文化血脈之中。文化的力量也是潛移默化的力量,因此,通過文化培育讓工匠精神在職業(yè)院校學(xué)生的心
[Abstract]:In the process of realizing the transition from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power and from making in China to a "Chinese intellectual building", it is necessary to integrate the spirit of artisans who strive for excellence, unremitting innovation, and devoted attention into the practice of modern industrial production and management. In order to enhance the gold content and competitiveness of Chinese made in China, this is precisely the significance of emphasizing the spirit of craftsmanship at present. As the main channel for training technical and skilled personnel for the industry, Vocational colleges and universities are shouldering an unshirkable mission in cultivating craftsmen's spirit.
