【摘要】：數(shù)字化浪潮席卷全球,數(shù)字化校園在中國的大學(xué)里方興未艾,高職院校的設(shè)備管理正朝著數(shù)字化的方向不斷邁進(jìn)。為加快數(shù)字化管理步伐,結(jié)合本校實(shí)際系統(tǒng)地介紹了設(shè)備管理數(shù)字化的必要性,其中包含社會(huì)大環(huán)境以及學(xué)校自身管理的要求,并列舉出設(shè)備管理數(shù)字化的四個(gè)發(fā)展階段,具體包括建立設(shè)備資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)、運(yùn)用射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)以及設(shè)備共享和全生命周期管理;通過實(shí)際案例說明建立適合高職院校需求的數(shù)字化設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)需要圍繞學(xué)校中心任務(wù)、采取必要可行的技術(shù)手段以及建設(shè)一個(gè)開放性、具有自我完善功能的系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:The digitization tide is sweeping the whole world, the digital campus is in the ascendant in the Chinese university, the equipment management of the higher vocational college is moving toward the digitization direction unceasingly. This paper systematically introduces the necessity of the digitization of equipment management, including the social environment and the requirements of the school's own management, and lists the four development stages of the digitization of the equipment management. It includes the establishment of equipment asset management system, the use of radio frequency identification technology, equipment sharing and life-cycle management. The practical cases show that the establishment of a digital equipment management system suitable for the needs of higher vocational colleges needs to focus on the central task of the school, to take necessary and feasible technical means and to build an open system with self-improvement function.
