【摘要】：國家戰(zhàn)略性指導(dǎo)文件《現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系規(guī)劃(2014—2020)》明確指出,職業(yè)教育要適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展要求,堅持市場需求導(dǎo)向,深化體制機(jī)制改革,統(tǒng)籌發(fā)揮好政府和市場的作用,增強(qiáng)適應(yīng)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的能力。由此,高職院校要以立德樹人為根本,從單純側(cè)重職業(yè)崗位能力為本位的辦學(xué)理念,提升為市場需求導(dǎo)向的全面發(fā)展理念;遵循高職教育規(guī)律堅持正確辦學(xué)方向,契合市場規(guī)則完善內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu),精準(zhǔn)對接市場需求提高有效供給能力。
[Abstract]:The National Strategic guidance document "Modern Vocational Education system Planning 2014-2020" clearly points out that vocational education should meet the requirements of economic and social development, adhere to the market demand orientation, deepen the reform of the system and mechanism, and give full play to the role of the government and the market as a whole. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges should take the moral education as the foundation, from the concept of running a school based solely on the vocational post ability to the overall development idea oriented by the market demand. Follow the law of higher vocational education to adhere to the correct direction of running a school, in line with market rules to improve the internal governance structure, accurate docking market demand to improve effective supply capacity.
