【摘要】：本文以S職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院"示范后"兩次出臺科研資助獎勵(lì)文件及其動態(tài)過程為例,分析了該�？蒲袪顩r、資助獎勵(lì)"辦法"出臺背景,用教師科研態(tài)度、行為變化和前后科研數(shù)據(jù)對比,歸納了"辦法"實(shí)行5年來發(fā)揮的作用和產(chǎn)生的效果及存在問題,并提出對策,以期探索高職院�？蒲泄芾眢w制,建立常態(tài)科研激勵(lì)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:This paper takes S Vocational and Technical College "after demonstration" to issue two scientific research grant documents and its dynamic process as an example, analyzes the scientific research situation of the school, the background of the financial aid "method", and the attitude of teachers in scientific research. By comparing the behavior change and the data of scientific research before and after, this paper sums up the functions, effects and existing problems of the "methods" in the past five years, and puts forward some countermeasures in order to explore the management system of scientific research in higher vocational colleges and establish a normal incentive mechanism for scientific research.
