【摘要】：立足區(qū)域主導產(chǎn)業(yè),不斷增強職業(yè)教育為地方工業(yè)經(jīng)濟服務的效能,是職業(yè)教育存在與發(fā)展根基。本文對溧陽市天目湖中等專業(yè)學校和溧陽宏達電梯培訓有限公司股份合作,共建電梯技能型人才聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)培訓基地(簡稱“股份制合作實訓基地”)的實施背景、主要目標、建設過程、條件保障、運行實踐等進行了探討,并提出了“股份制合作基地”的發(fā)展愿景。
[Abstract]:The existence and development of vocational education is based on the regional leading industry and the continuous enhancement of the efficiency of vocational education in serving the local industrial economy. This paper cooperates with Liyang Tianmu Lake Secondary Professional School and Liyang Hongda Elevator training Co., Ltd. This paper discusses the implementation background, main objectives, construction process, condition guarantee and operation practice of the joint training base for elevator skilled personnel (referred to as "joint-stock cooperative training base"). And put forward the "joint-stock system cooperation base" development vision.
