【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育的大力發(fā)展,如何提高高等職業(yè)院校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,提升院校競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力是當(dāng)前這類院校必須要面對(duì)的重大課題。同時(shí)高等職業(yè)院校教育素質(zhì)改革不斷進(jìn)行,高職教育逐漸走向數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、信息化,高職教學(xué)管理正在不斷改革創(chuàng)新。傳統(tǒng)的課堂教學(xué)管理模式實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑單一,效率低下,很難達(dá)到理想的效果。 根據(jù)國(guó)家創(chuàng)建高職示范性院校及高職高專人才培養(yǎng)評(píng)估工作的要求,本人所在單位教師課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量有了明顯的提高。隨著教育發(fā)展的改革,原有的課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)無(wú)論是從評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還是從應(yīng)用手段上都已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足新階段課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理的要求。本文在掌握了教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)工作相關(guān)理論知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合高職院校目前的實(shí)際情況,通過(guò)調(diào)研分析總結(jié)了高職院校課堂教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)工作現(xiàn)狀;根據(jù)院校教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)中存在的問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、關(guān)鍵要素調(diào)查法、專家咨詢法重新制定了高職院校教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并以此評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系為基礎(chǔ),以校園網(wǎng)為依托,根據(jù)軟件工程的設(shè)計(jì)原則,完成了基于WEB的高職院校課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理信息系統(tǒng)的需求分析、總體設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),以推動(dòng)高職院校教學(xué)改革的深入,不斷提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量,提升學(xué)校競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of higher vocational education in China, how to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges, To promote the competitive ability of colleges and universities is an important subject that must be faced by such colleges and universities at present. At the same time, the quality reform of higher vocational education is constantly carried out, and higher vocational education is gradually moving towards digitization, networking and information. Higher vocational teaching management is constantly reforming and innovating. The traditional classroom teaching management mode has a single way and low efficiency, so it is difficult to achieve the ideal effect. In accordance with the requirements of the national establishment of model higher vocational colleges and the work of personnel training and evaluation in higher vocational colleges, the quality of classroom teaching of teachers in my unit has been obviously improved. With the reform of the development of education, The original evaluation system of classroom teaching quality can not meet the requirements of classroom teaching quality management in the new stage either from the evaluation standard or from the application means. Combined with the actual situation of higher vocational colleges, the present situation of classroom teaching evaluation in higher vocational colleges is summarized through investigation and analysis, and according to the problems existing in the evaluation of teaching in colleges and universities, the method of questionnaire investigation and the investigation of key elements are used. The expert consultation method reformulated the teaching evaluation index system of higher vocational colleges, and based on the evaluation index system, based on the campus network, according to the design principles of software engineering, The requirement analysis, overall design and detailed design of the information system of classroom teaching quality management based on WEB are completed in order to promote the deepening of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges, improve the quality of classroom teaching and enhance the competitive ability of the school.
