【摘要】:企業(yè)職業(yè)教育作為政府推進“小政府,大社會”建設過程中行政體制改革的內(nèi)容之一,已然興起。企業(yè)職業(yè)教育相對政府辦職業(yè)教育,其針對性和優(yōu)勢性更強。但其在發(fā)展過程中卻困難重重。由于政府、學校和企業(yè)的角色未準確定位而使得彼此間的互動效果不佳,并對其教育質(zhì)量造成了一定的影響。這不利企業(yè)職業(yè)教育事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,成為亟待解決的問題。 此次研究從分析企業(yè)職業(yè)教育的概念入手,以職業(yè)教育理論、職業(yè)教育全面質(zhì)量管理理論、政府職能理論、公共產(chǎn)品理論、社會互動理論為理論指導。用文獻法方式了解國外部分發(fā)達國家相關領域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、研究成果和先進經(jīng)驗,探討了當下我國企業(yè)職業(yè)教育中存在的問題,并希望通過建立一種政府、學校和企業(yè)合理互動的模式來揚長避短、解決這些難題。在此基礎上,將其推廣運用。 全文共分為五大部分,分別是: 第一章是緒論部分。緒論部分的主要內(nèi)容涉及研究選題的緣由及其意義、國內(nèi)外相關文獻綜述、研究思路及其方法。 第二章主要介紹了職業(yè)教育理論、職業(yè)教育全面質(zhì)量管理理論、政府職能理論、公共產(chǎn)品理論、社會互動等理論及研究對象的概念界定,并通過對比分析,論述企業(yè)職業(yè)教育中政府、學校、企業(yè)互動模式提出的必要性和可行性。 第三章的主要內(nèi)容是介紹了英、美、日三國職業(yè)教育三方互動概況,重點分析了以德國為代表性的發(fā)達國家的企業(yè)職業(yè)教育中的政府、學校、企業(yè)現(xiàn)有互動模式及實施效果。 第四章主要是著重探討建立企業(yè)職業(yè)教育中的政府、學校、企業(yè)互動模式,并分別從角色定位、功能和三方作為三個角度進行探討、詳細論述。 第五章的內(nèi)容主要是探討對企業(yè)職業(yè)教育中的政府、學校、企業(yè)互動模式的保障措施使得三方互動模式順利實施。 本文的主要創(chuàng)新在于對當下企業(yè)職業(yè)教育中的互動模式進行分析,提出其中的不足,探討建立新的互動模式,即“三角形”的三方全面互動模式。本文的不足在于對于建立起來的互動模式的推廣范圍沒有一個明確的界定,對其推廣未能建立起全面效果和回饋系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Enterprise vocational education, as one of the contents of administrative system reform in the process of government promoting "small government, big society", has already risen. They are more targeted and more dominant. But they are very difficult to develop. Because the roles of government, schools and enterprises are not accurately positioned, the interaction between them is not very good. It is unfavorable to the sustainable development of enterprise vocational education and becomes an urgent problem to be solved. Starting with the analysis of the concept of enterprise vocational education, this study begins with the theory of vocational education, the theory of total quality management of vocational education, the theory of government function, and the theory of public goods. The theory of social interaction is used to guide the theory. This paper uses the method of literature to understand the development status, research results and advanced experience of the relevant fields in some developed countries, and probes into the problems existing in the present vocational education of enterprises in our country. The author also hopes to establish a model of reasonable interaction among government, school and enterprise to solve these problems. On the basis of this, it can be popularized and applied. The full text is divided into five parts, which are as follows:. The first chapter is the introduction part. The main content of the introduction part involves the reason and significance of the research topic, domestic and foreign related literature review, research ideas and methods. The second chapter mainly introduces the theory of vocational education, the theory of total quality management of vocational education, the theory of government function, the theory of public goods, the theory of social interaction, and the definition of the research object. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the interactive mode of government, school and enterprise in enterprise vocational education. The third chapter introduces the tripartite interaction of vocational education in Britain, the United States and Japan, focusing on the analysis of the government, schools and enterprises in the enterprise vocational education in the developed countries represented by Germany. The fourth chapter focuses on the establishment of the enterprise vocational education in the government, school, enterprise interaction model, and respectively from the role positioning, function and tripartite as three angles, discussed in detail. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the guarantee measures of the government, school and enterprise interaction mode in the enterprise vocational education to make the tripartite interaction mode implement smoothly. The main innovation of this paper is to analyze the interaction mode in the current enterprise vocational education, to put forward the deficiency of it, and to explore the establishment of a new interactive model. The deficiency of this paper lies in the lack of a clear definition of the extension scope of the established interactive model and the failure to establish a comprehensive effect and feedback system.
