高職院!癛GMR”專業(yè)建設(shè)管理模式的研究與實(shí)踐——以大連職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為例

【摘要】:生命周期理論是指自然界物體都經(jīng)歷從出生、成長、成熟、衰退到死亡的生命過程,生命不同階段具有不同的特點(diǎn),高職院校專業(yè)也有自己的生命周期。在該理論指導(dǎo)下模糊界定專業(yè)的不同生命階段及發(fā)展特點(diǎn),描述專業(yè)發(fā)展的生命軌跡,探尋專業(yè)發(fā)展的生命規(guī)律,據(jù)此建構(gòu)并實(shí)踐了"RGMR"專業(yè)建設(shè)管理模式。通過管理策略階段性的調(diào)整,促進(jìn)高職院校專業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)自主發(fā)展和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Life cycle theory refers to the process of life from birth, growth, maturity, decline to death, in which all natural objects have different characteristics. Under the guidance of this theory, the specialty has its own life cycle. Under the guidance of this theory, the different life stages and development characteristics of the specialty are defined, the life track of the specialty development is described, and the life law of the specialty development is explored. On the basis of this, the author constructs and practices the management mode of "RGMR" specialty construction. Through the adjustment of management strategy, it can promote the independent development and sustainable development of the specialty in higher vocational colleges.
