【摘要】：泰州職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院在"三段培養(yǎng)、協(xié)同育人"的現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制培養(yǎng)模式下,基于緘默知識(shí)理論和當(dāng)代建構(gòu)主義理論,開發(fā)建筑工程技術(shù)專業(yè)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目。實(shí)訓(xùn)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和校企共建實(shí)訓(xùn)基地兩項(xiàng)工作為實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)創(chuàng)造了良好的基礎(chǔ)。在學(xué)徒準(zhǔn)備期、準(zhǔn)學(xué)徒期和學(xué)徒期三個(gè)階段分別完成"專項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)技能"、"綜合實(shí)務(wù)技能"和"崗位工作技能"三個(gè)實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目群。所開發(fā)的實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目充分培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的專業(yè)核心能力和專業(yè)拓展能力,相關(guān)做法可為其他院校提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:Taizhou Vocational and Technical College is based on the theory of tacit knowledge and contemporary constructivism under the modern apprenticeship training mode of "three stages of training, cooperation in educating people". The development of modern apprenticeship system training project of architectural engineering and technology specialty. The construction of teaching staff and the establishment of practical training base jointly by schools and enterprises have created a good foundation for the development of practical training projects, and during the apprenticeship preparation period, The three stages of quasi-apprenticeship and apprenticeship are "special basic skills", "integrated practical skills" and "job skills", respectively. And professional outreach, The relevant practices can provide useful reference for other colleges and universities.
