【摘要】：校企文化融合是深化產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作的重要路徑,是現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵,對此學(xué)界作了大量研究。當(dāng)前我國職業(yè)教育校企文化融合的研究,主要體現(xiàn)在校企文化融合的內(nèi)涵、意義、可行性、必然性、融合模式和融合途徑等方面,同時研究存在著零散、重復(fù)、較淺、研究體系不完善、研究方法單一、研究視角不夠新穎、融合機制和政策法規(guī)研究不足等問題,由此提出了職業(yè)教育校企文化融合研究今后的趨勢與重點。
[Abstract]:The integration of school and enterprise culture is an important way to deepen the integration of industry and education, the cooperation of school and enterprise, and the key to the construction of modern vocational education. It is mainly embodied in the connotation, significance, feasibility, inevitability, integration mode and fusion approach of the cultural integration of school and enterprise. At the same time, there are scattered, repeated, shallow, imperfect research system and single research method. The research angle of view is not new enough, the research on fusion mechanism and policies and regulations is insufficient, and so on. The trend and emphasis of the research on the integration of school and enterprise culture in vocational education are put forward.
