廣西中等職業(yè)教育師資培養(yǎng)模式的探究

【摘要】:十七大以來,我國(guó)大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育作為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)和教育事業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn),黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院采取了一系列有效措施加快高技能專門師資和高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者的培養(yǎng),為中華民族的偉大復(fù)興和全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)提供了強(qiáng)有力的師資保障和智力支持。落實(shí)這一要求,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)期平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展和社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定,迫切需要培養(yǎng)數(shù)以億計(jì)的生產(chǎn)第一線高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者和技能型師資作為支撐,迫切需要提供更加豐富的師資培養(yǎng)模式,滿足廣大人民群眾素質(zhì)提高和全面發(fā)展的需求¨。在這一進(jìn)程中,必須加大對(duì)職業(yè)教育師資的培養(yǎng)模式研究力度,建立起符合我國(guó)國(guó)情的職業(yè)教育師資培養(yǎng)體系。其中,職業(yè)教育師資的培養(yǎng)模式,又成為整個(gè)職業(yè)教育體系建立的開山之石。職業(yè)教育的快速發(fā)展不僅成為廣西社會(huì)各界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),而且也是廣西社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)問題。在職業(yè)教育的研究層面上,職業(yè)教育師資培養(yǎng)模式屬于微觀層面。職業(yè)教育師資培養(yǎng)模式是多個(gè)要素的綜合體,其中既包含了培養(yǎng)方式、培養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),也包含了培養(yǎng)程序等要素。師資培養(yǎng)模式是一個(gè)與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的概念,符合時(shí)代的需求才是它的本質(zhì)屬性。職業(yè)教育師資培養(yǎng)模式更加要與廣西的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等緊密結(jié)合。本文通過對(duì)師資培養(yǎng)模式等相關(guān)概念理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外職業(yè)教育師資培養(yǎng)模式理論,對(duì)廣西職業(yè)教育師資培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行了全面的探究,其重點(diǎn)分析了廣西職業(yè)教育師資培養(yǎng)模式的發(fā)展遇到的“瓶頸”問題和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)本文認(rèn)為只有在正確把握職教師資培養(yǎng)模式的內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的中等職教師資培養(yǎng)模式發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和廣西社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,才能構(gòu)建適合廣西實(shí)情的中等職業(yè)教育師資培養(yǎng)模式。最后,本文以廣西師范學(xué)院為例,展示在實(shí)踐中探索符合廣西中等職業(yè)教育師資培養(yǎng)模式,提出了構(gòu)建合理的中等職教師資培養(yǎng)模式,必須要從師資培養(yǎng)理念、師資培養(yǎng)程序和師資培養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)等全面著手。其中,詳細(xì)介紹廣西師范學(xué)職業(yè)師培養(yǎng)諸多經(jīng)驗(yàn),為發(fā)廣西職業(yè)教育尤其是職教師資的培養(yǎng)做出了較好的典范。
[Abstract]:Since the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has vigorously developed vocational education as an important foundation of social and economic development and a strategic focus of educational undertakings. The Party Central Committee and the State Council have taken a series of effective measures to speed up the training of highly skilled specialized teachers and high-quality workers. It has provided strong teacher support and intellectual support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way. There is an urgent need to train hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and skilled teachers in the front line of production as support, and to provide a richer model of teacher training. To meet the needs of improving the quality and all-round development of the broad masses of the people. In this process, it is necessary to intensify the research on the training mode of vocational education teachers, and to establish a vocational education teacher training system that is in line with the national conditions of our country. The training mode of teachers in vocational education has become the starting stone for the establishment of the whole vocational education system. The rapid development of vocational education has not only become the focus of attention in Guangxi. It is also a hot issue in the social and economic development of Guangxi. On the research level of vocational education, the mode of teacher training of vocational education belongs to the micro level. The mode of training teachers of vocational education is a synthesis of many elements. It includes not only the training mode, the training structure, but also the training procedure and so on. The teacher training mode is a concept of keeping pace with the times. To meet the needs of the times is its essential attribute. The mode of training teachers in vocational education should be more in line with the economic development, scientific and technological progress of Guangxi. On the basis of the research on the related concepts such as teacher training model and the theory of vocational education teacher training model at home and abroad, this paper makes a comprehensive exploration of Guangxi vocational education teacher training model. This paper mainly analyzes the "bottleneck" problem and development trend of the development of vocational education teacher training model in Guangxi. This paper holds that only by correctly grasping the connotation and characteristics of vocational education teacher training mode, Combining with the development trend of advanced secondary vocational education teacher training model at home and abroad and the present situation of Guangxi's social and economic development, we can construct a suitable secondary vocational education teacher training model for Guangxi. Finally, this paper takes Guangxi normal College as an example. In order to establish a reasonable training mode of secondary vocational education teachers in Guangxi, we must start from the concept of teacher training, the procedure of teacher training and the structure of teacher training. This paper introduces in detail a lot of experience in training vocational teachers of normal school in Guangxi, and makes a good example for the training of vocational education, especially teachers of vocational education in Guangxi.
