【摘要】：湖南外國語職業(yè)學(xué)院1993年建校,前身為瀏陽外國語學(xué)校。經(jīng)歷近20年的發(fā)展,學(xué)院逐步從外延發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)向內(nèi)涵發(fā)展,本文試通過對該校國際化戰(zhàn)略的探討,同時(shí)結(jié)合我國民辦高校發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,對我國民辦高校戰(zhàn)略選擇的諸多問題進(jìn)行深入的思考與研究。本文借鑒企業(yè)管理學(xué)理論,在介紹研究的目的和意義,歸納國內(nèi)外研究綜述,分析國內(nèi)外高校國際化戰(zhàn)略現(xiàn)狀和存在問題的基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了湖南外國語職業(yè)學(xué)院的國際化戰(zhàn)略模型,并利用管理學(xué)工具,進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略分析、戰(zhàn)略選擇和實(shí)施,力圖通過對湖南外國語職業(yè)學(xué)院國際化戰(zhàn)略的研究,促進(jìn)該校突出特色、提升整體競爭力,實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。 論文的內(nèi)容共分5個(gè)部分：第一部分緒論,介紹論文寫作的背景、目的、意義及國內(nèi)外研究綜述,并對研究思路及方法等進(jìn)行說明；第二部分主要說明研究的理論基礎(chǔ)；第三部分主要闡述國內(nèi)外民辦高校國際化戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的啟示；第四部分,通過對湖南外國語職業(yè)學(xué)院現(xiàn)狀的分析,學(xué)校外部環(huán)境分析(PEST分析)、行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境分析(波特五種競爭力分析)和市場環(huán)境SWOT分析來具體剖析湖南外國語職業(yè)學(xué)院國際化戰(zhàn)略的可行性；最后一部分,構(gòu)建湖南外國語職業(yè)學(xué)院的國際化戰(zhàn)略模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)國際化戰(zhàn)略的選擇實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:In 1993, Hunan Foreign language Vocational College was founded as Liuyang Foreign language School. After nearly 20 years of development, Hunan Foreign language Vocational College has gradually changed from extension to connotation development. This paper tries to discuss the internationalization strategy of the school. At the same time, combined with the current situation of the development of private colleges and universities in our country, this paper makes deep thinking and research on many problems in the strategic choice of private colleges and universities in our country. This paper draws lessons from the theory of enterprise management, introduces the purpose and significance of the research, and summarizes the research at home and abroad. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of internationalization strategy in colleges and universities at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the internationalization strategy model of Hunan Foreign language Vocational College, and makes strategic analysis, strategic choice and implementation by means of management tools. By studying the internationalization strategy of Hunan Foreign language Vocational College, the author tries to promote the university's outstanding characteristics, enhance the overall competitiveness and realize the strategic goal. The content of the thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is introduction, which introduces the background, purpose, significance and domestic and foreign research review, and explains the research ideas and methods, the second part mainly explains the theoretical basis of the research. The third part mainly expounds the enlightenment of the implementation of internationalization strategy of private colleges and universities at home and abroad. Part 4th, through the analysis of the current situation of Hunan Foreign language Vocational College, This paper analyzes the feasibility of Hunan Foreign language Vocational College's internationalization strategy by pest analysis, industry competition environment analysis (Porter's five competitiveness analysis) and market environment SWOT analysis. Construct the internationalization strategy model of Hunan Foreign language Vocational College and realize the choice and implementation of internationalization strategy.
