【摘要】：高職教育資源配置是對(duì)我國(guó)高職教育資源全局性、長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)性的謀劃。研究高職教育資源配置,對(duì)于促進(jìn)高職教育事業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,滿足人民群眾高職教育需求,建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)具有重要意義。高職教育資源的合理配置與否,關(guān)系到區(qū)域高職教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 本文首先運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、統(tǒng)計(jì)研究法和比較分析法,分析了我國(guó)高職教育資源配置現(xiàn)狀,接著分析了我國(guó)高職教育資源配置存在的問(wèn)題及其產(chǎn)生的原因,最后提出了一些優(yōu)化對(duì)策。 研究認(rèn)為,當(dāng)前我國(guó)高職教育資源配置主要存在以下問(wèn)題：一是我國(guó)高職教育資源總量不足,二是我國(guó)高職教育內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)需進(jìn)一步調(diào)整,三是我國(guó)高職教育資源配置存在嚴(yán)重的區(qū)域差異,四是我國(guó)高職教育資源配置機(jī)制需進(jìn)一步完善,五是區(qū)域高職教育發(fā)展與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)。為優(yōu)化我國(guó)高職教育資源配置,中央政府應(yīng)實(shí)施“相對(duì)公平”的高職教育資源配置政策,健全高職教育資源的政府調(diào)控和市場(chǎng)調(diào)控機(jī)制,建立高等職業(yè)院�；巨k學(xué)條件監(jiān)測(cè)和預(yù)警機(jī)制；各省政府應(yīng)制定合理的區(qū)域高職教育政策,實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域高職特色發(fā)展,還應(yīng)拓展投入渠道,扶持各省區(qū)高職教育發(fā)展；國(guó)家對(duì)西部地區(qū)高職教育的發(fā)展要實(shí)行傾斜政策,加大對(duì)口支援西部力度,推進(jìn)跨區(qū)域高職教育合作。
[Abstract]:The allocation of higher vocational education resources is an overall and long-term plan for our country's higher vocational education resources. To study the allocation of higher vocational education resources can promote the coordinated development of higher vocational education cause and meet the needs of the people in higher vocational education. It is of great significance to build a harmonious socialist society. The rational allocation of higher vocational education resources is related to the coordinated development between regional higher vocational education and regional economy. This paper first analyzes the present situation of the allocation of higher vocational education resources by means of literature method, statistical research method and comparative analysis method, and then analyzes the problems existing in the allocation of higher vocational education resources in our country and their causes. Finally, some optimization countermeasures are put forward. The main problems in the allocation of higher vocational education resources in China are as follows: first, the total amount of higher vocational education resources is insufficient; second, the internal structure of higher vocational education needs to be further adjusted. Third, there are serious regional differences in the allocation of higher vocational education resources, and fourth, the mechanism of higher vocational education resource allocation needs to be further improved. Fifth, the development of regional higher vocational education is not in harmony with the development of regional economy and society. In order to optimize the allocation of higher vocational education resources in China, the central government should implement a "relatively fair" policy on the allocation of higher vocational education resources. The government regulation and market regulation mechanism of higher vocational education resources should be perfected, the monitoring and early warning mechanism of the basic running conditions of higher vocational colleges should be established, and the provincial governments should formulate reasonable regional higher vocational education policies to realize the development of regional higher vocational characteristics. We should also expand the input channels and support the development of higher vocational education in various provinces and regions, and the state should implement the policy of tilting towards the development of higher vocational education in the western region, increase the relative support to the western region, and promote the cross-regional cooperation in higher vocational education.
