吉林省高職學(xué)生主觀幸福感現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,高等職業(yè)教育已成為我國(guó)教育體系中不可或缺的一部分,成為社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要力量。同時(shí),社會(huì)對(duì)高職學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的要求也越來(lái)越高,高職不僅要具備良好的職業(yè)技能和理論基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),還要具備良好的心理素質(zhì),本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法考察了國(guó)內(nèi)外的主觀幸福感整體狀況,并通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷等方法綜合分析了吉林省高職學(xué)生主觀幸福感現(xiàn)狀在人口學(xué)變量上的關(guān)系,通過(guò)定性研究和定量研究相結(jié)合發(fā)現(xiàn)影響吉林省高職學(xué)生主觀幸福感因素,并提出了相應(yīng)的建議。本研究選取吉林省300名高等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)高職生)為主要研究對(duì)象,以邢占軍等人修訂的中國(guó)城市居民主觀幸福感量表簡(jiǎn)本,對(duì)吉林省四所高職生進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,對(duì)影響吉林省高職學(xué)生主觀幸福感因素進(jìn)行初步探討,研究得到以下結(jié)論:第一、高職生的主觀幸福感總分分布為近似高斯分布;第二、高職生主觀幸福感量表總分在學(xué)生干部、體育鍛煉時(shí)間、年級(jí)、月支出、就業(yè)壓力維度上存在顯著性差異,在性別、生源地、專(zhuān)業(yè)、是否為獨(dú)生子女維度不存在顯著差異;第三、主觀幸福感中的社會(huì)信心體驗(yàn)在專(zhuān)業(yè)上存在顯著性差異;社會(huì)信心體驗(yàn)、目標(biāo)價(jià)值體驗(yàn)、自我接受體驗(yàn)、家庭氛圍體驗(yàn)在是否為獨(dú)生子女存在顯著差異。高職生的學(xué)校課程和實(shí)習(xí)安排滿意度不高影響學(xué)生主觀幸福感水平。針對(duì)吉林省高職生主觀幸福感現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行深層次分析,并根據(jù)影響高職生主觀幸福感的相關(guān)因素提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策:通過(guò)倡導(dǎo)高職生參加體育鍛煉、引導(dǎo)高職生理性看待幸福與經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系、加強(qiáng)高職學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)、完善高職院校課程安排體系和實(shí)習(xí)制度、培養(yǎng)高職生自我調(diào)適能力措施來(lái)逐步提高學(xué)生的主觀幸福感。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of education in China, higher vocational education has become an indispensable part of our educational system and an important force in social development. Higher vocational colleges should not only have good vocational skills and basic theoretical knowledge, but also have good psychological quality. This paper investigates the overall situation of subjective well-being at home and abroad by the method of literature research. And through questionnaire and other methods to comprehensively analyze the current situation of Jilin Province vocational college students subjective well-being in demographic variables, through qualitative and quantitative research combined to find the impact of Jilin vocational college students subjective well-being factors. In this study, 300 students of higher vocational schools in Jilin province (hereinafter referred to as higher vocational students) were selected as the main research objects, and a brief version of subjective Well-being scale for Chinese urban residents, which was revised by Xing Zhanjun and others, was taken as the main research object. This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the four vocational college students in Jilin province, and probes into the factors influencing the subjective well-being of the vocational college students in Jilin Province. The conclusions are as follows: first, the total distribution of subjective well-being of vocational college students is similar to that of Gao Si; second, the distribution of subjective well-being of vocational college students is similar to that of Gao Si. There were significant differences in the total scores of subjective Well-being scale in the dimensions of student cadres, physical exercise time, grade, monthly expenditure and employment pressure, but there was no significant difference in the dimensions of gender, student origin, specialty, whether or not they were only children. Third, there are significant differences in the social confidence experience in subjective well-being, social confidence experience, goal value experience, self-acceptance experience, social confidence experience, objective value experience, self-acceptance experience, social confidence experience, objective value experience, self-acceptance experience. There is a significant difference in whether the family atmosphere experience is the only child. The high degree of satisfaction of higher vocational students' school curriculum and internship arrangement does not affect the students' subjective well-being level. In view of the problems existing in the present situation of Jilin Province vocational college students' subjective well-being, there is a significant difference between them. This paper makes a deep analysis and puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the relevant factors that affect the subjective well-being of vocational college students: by advocating higher vocational students to take part in physical exercise, to guide higher vocational students to look at the relationship between happiness and economy, and to strengthen the guidance of higher vocational students' employment. To perfect the curriculum arrangement system and practice system of higher vocational colleges and to cultivate the self-adjustment ability of vocational college students to gradually improve the subjective well-being of students.
