【摘要】:在素質(zhì)教育和技能導(dǎo)向的背景下,中職教育對(duì)青年教師提出了更高的要求。在教學(xué)中,青年教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同能夠促進(jìn)個(gè)體工作的積極性和主動(dòng)性,從而使教學(xué)水平得到明顯地提高。在一定的程度上,青年教師在教學(xué)過程中所表現(xiàn)出來的積極性和主動(dòng)性來源于其對(duì)職業(yè)的認(rèn)同感。 本文選擇昆明中等職業(yè)學(xué)校青年教師作為職業(yè)認(rèn)同的研究對(duì)象。因?yàn)榍嗄杲處熞呀?jīng)成為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍中的主要構(gòu)成部分,考察中等職業(yè)學(xué)校青年教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同可以有效地反映中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的現(xiàn)狀、影響因素等基本情況。 通過系統(tǒng)的文獻(xiàn)回顧,本文對(duì)國內(nèi)外教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的基本觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了搜集,并梳理了各種主要理論視角的核心觀點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上本文設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問卷,通過搜集到的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)昆明中職青年教師總體情況進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)昆明中職教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的各種影響因素的強(qiáng)度分別進(jìn)行了分析和討論,確定了中職教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的主要影響因素,并對(duì)昆明市中職青年教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同水平在各個(gè)因素上存在差異的原因進(jìn)行了解釋。最后,本文提出改善昆明中等職業(yè)學(xué)校提高教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的基本對(duì)策,包括從教師個(gè)人層面、學(xué)校層面和社會(huì)層面來有效促進(jìn)青年教師的職業(yè)認(rèn)同水平。 本文分四個(gè)部分。 第一部分,緒論部分提出了選題理論,,研究內(nèi)容和研究方法 第二部分,教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的相關(guān)理論的分析和研究 第三部分,昆明市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校青年教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同情況調(diào)查 第四部分,提高昆明中等職業(yè)學(xué)校青年教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的對(duì)策
[Abstract]:Under the background of quality-oriented education and skill-oriented education, secondary vocational education puts forward higher requirements for young teachers. In teaching, young teachers' professional identity can promote the enthusiasm and initiative of individual work. To a certain extent, the enthusiasm and initiative of young teachers in the process of teaching come from their sense of identity to the profession. This paper chooses the young teachers of Kunming secondary vocational school as the research object of professional identity, because young teachers have become the main component of the teaching staff of secondary vocational schools. The investigation of the vocational identity of young teachers in secondary vocational schools can effectively reflect the status quo of teachers' professional identity in secondary vocational schools and the influencing factors. Through a systematic literature review, this paper collects the basic viewpoints of teachers' professional identity at home and abroad, and combs the core viewpoints of various major theoretical perspectives. On the basis of this, this paper designs a questionnaire. Based on the collected data, this paper analyzes the overall situation of the young teachers in Kunming secondary vocational school, and analyzes and discusses the intensity of various influencing factors of the vocational identity of the secondary vocational school teachers in Kunming. This paper determines the main influencing factors of vocational identity of secondary vocational school teachers, and explains the reasons for the differences in the level of professional identity of young teachers of secondary vocational schools in Kunming. Finally, This paper puts forward the basic countermeasures to improve the professional identity of teachers in Kunming Secondary Vocational School, including the level of teachers' personal, school and social level to effectively promote the level of young teachers' professional identity. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part, the introduction part, puts forward the theory, the research content and the research method of the topic. The second part, the analysis and research of the related theories of teachers' professional identity. The third part, the investigation of professional identity of young teachers in secondary vocational schools in Kunming. Part 4th: countermeasures to improve the Professional identity of Young Teachers in Kunming Secondary Vocational School
