【摘要】：為架構(gòu)創(chuàng)新型復(fù)合型技術(shù)技能人才培養(yǎng)模式,從五個維度開展教育教學(xué)改革與實踐,建立就業(yè)導(dǎo)向觀的人才培養(yǎng)方案,實施"五化合一"人才培養(yǎng)的創(chuàng)新,培養(yǎng)社會急需的、高質(zhì)量康復(fù)技術(shù)技能人才。
