【摘要】:隨著改革開(kāi)放的逐漸深入,高等職業(yè)教育受到社會(huì)重視,進(jìn)入了發(fā)展黃金期。面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),高職院校如何實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展成為當(dāng)下重大社會(huì)課題。隨著高等職業(yè)教育的蓬勃發(fā)展,高職院校校園文化方面的研究也取得了豐碩的成果。先進(jìn)校園文化在高職院校人才培養(yǎng)以及提升高職院校的綜合水平方面起到了非常重要的作用,是高職院校實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。高職院校校園文化與普通高等院校的校園文化相比有其獨(dú)特之處,這由高等職業(yè)教育的基本性質(zhì)決定的。所以,高職院校的校園文化建設(shè)除了具有普通高等院校校園文化中的共性外,還具有明顯的個(gè)性色彩。因此,發(fā)展發(fā)展校園文化,提升高職院校品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,要堅(jiān)持從高職院校的實(shí)際出發(fā)。 論文主體為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分:高職院校品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與校園文化概述。介紹了高職院校品牌內(nèi)涵界定、基本特征、高職院校品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的價(jià)值功能與形象塑造、高職院校校園文化內(nèi)涵、基本特征與主要內(nèi)容等; 第二部分:先進(jìn)校園文化對(duì)于提升高職院校品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的作用。明確了先進(jìn)校園文化與高職院校品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)系,高職院校校園文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)容取向與動(dòng)力機(jī)制,建設(shè)先進(jìn)校園文化對(duì)于提升高職院校品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要作用; 第三部分:高職院校校園文化現(xiàn)狀分析。論述了高職院校校園文化建設(shè)的基本情況,高職院校校園文化建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題與誤區(qū),正確認(rèn)識(shí)和處理校園文化建設(shè)中的幾種關(guān)系; 第四部分:探討提升高職院校品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的對(duì)策。重點(diǎn)從物質(zhì)文化層面、制度文化層面、精神文化層面等三個(gè)方面來(lái)進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, higher vocational education has been attached great importance to by the society and has entered the golden period of development. In the face of the increasingly competitive market economy, How to achieve sustainable development in higher vocational colleges has become a major social issue. With the vigorous development of higher vocational education, The research on campus culture in higher vocational colleges has also achieved fruitful results. The advance of campus culture plays a very important role in the cultivation of talents and the promotion of the comprehensive level of higher vocational colleges. The campus culture of higher vocational colleges is unique compared with the campus culture of ordinary colleges and universities, which is determined by the basic nature of higher vocational education. The construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges not only has the commonness of campus culture in ordinary colleges and universities, but also has obvious individual color. Therefore, the development of campus culture, the promotion of brand competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, We must adhere to the reality of higher vocational colleges. The main body of the thesis is composed of four parts:. The first part is an overview of the brand competitiveness and campus culture of higher vocational colleges, including the definition of brand connotation, the basic characteristics, the value function and image shaping of brand competitiveness in higher vocational colleges, and the connotation of campus culture in higher vocational colleges. Basic characteristics and main contents; The second part: the role of advance campus culture in promoting brand competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. The relationship between advanced campus culture and brand competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, the content orientation and dynamic mechanism of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges are clarified. Construction of advanced campus culture plays an important role in promoting brand competitiveness of higher vocational colleges; The third part: the analysis of the current situation of campus culture in higher vocational colleges, the basic situation of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges, the problems and misunderstandings existing in the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges, and the correct understanding and handling of several kinds of relations in the construction of campus culture; Part 4th: probe into the countermeasures to enhance the brand competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, focusing on three aspects: material culture, system culture and spiritual culture.
