“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略中我國(guó)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的機(jī)遇、差距與路徑

【摘要】:"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略中,我國(guó)職業(yè)教育有責(zé)任與義務(wù)提供重要的服務(wù)與支撐,這是國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略賦予的歷史使命。"一帶一路"為我國(guó)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展帶來(lái)的空間巨大,有利于我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn)外輸、結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)及品牌塑造,但同時(shí)也要看到,在服務(wù)與支撐"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略中,我國(guó)職業(yè)教育面臨著相關(guān)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)總體規(guī)?皯n、相關(guān)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)失調(diào)、職業(yè)教育的國(guó)際化程度不高及職業(yè)院校學(xué)生參與融入前景待明等困境,需要科學(xué)判斷,綜合動(dòng)員各方力量,整合多種資源,不斷樹立國(guó)際化辦學(xué)理念、擴(kuò)大人才培養(yǎng)的規(guī)模、提升人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量、加大服務(wù)與支撐能力和營(yíng)造良好的輿論氛圍,促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育服務(wù)"一帶一路"質(zhì)量與能力的全面提高。
[Abstract]:In the strategy of "Belt and Road", vocational education in our country has the responsibility and obligation to provide important service and support, which is the historical mission entrusted by the national strategy. It is beneficial for our vocational education to export experience, upgrade its structure and shape its brand. However, in the strategy of serving and supporting "Belt and Road", vocational education in our country is faced with the overall scale of training professional talents. Related professional talent training internal structure imbalance, the degree of internationalization of vocational education is not high, and the students of vocational colleges and universities participate in the difficulties such as the future is not clear, need scientific judgment, comprehensive mobilization of various forces, integration of various resources, We should set up the idea of running a school internationally, expand the scale of talent training, improve the quality of talent training, increase the ability of service and support and create a good atmosphere of public opinion, and promote the overall improvement of the quality and ability of Belt and Road in vocational education service.
