“診改”制度視角下高職教師的角色轉(zhuǎn)換

【摘要】:在高職院校"診改"制度中,教師應(yīng)該扮演好教學(xué)改革的協(xié)商者、教育產(chǎn)品的精益生產(chǎn)者、教學(xué)信息的研判者、教學(xué)質(zhì)量的持續(xù)改進(jìn)者和學(xué)校質(zhì)量文化的建設(shè)者等五種角色,并形成以"學(xué)校質(zhì)量文化的建設(shè)者"為核心的角色叢。高職院校應(yīng)通過強(qiáng)化質(zhì)量教育、建立質(zhì)量共同體、實(shí)現(xiàn)"以質(zhì)量定績(jī)效"、提倡"享受工作的管理哲學(xué)"等措施激勵(lì)教師進(jìn)行角色轉(zhuǎn)換。
[Abstract]:In the "diagnosis reform" system in higher vocational colleges, teachers should play five roles: negotiator of teaching reform, lean producer of educational products, judge of teaching information, continuous improvement of teaching quality and constructor of school quality culture. And form the role cluster with "the constructor of school quality culture" as the core. Higher vocational colleges should strengthen quality education and establish quality community. To achieve "quality and performance determination", to promote "enjoy the management philosophy of work" and other measures to encourage teachers to change their roles.
