高職院校第二課堂活動的問題與改進(jìn)建議

【摘要】:高職院校肩負(fù)著培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)技能型人才的使命。第二課堂活動主要是指通過有效的教學(xué)計(jì)劃和課堂教學(xué)以及專業(yè)教育教學(xué)中的文化娛樂,知識培訓(xùn),社會活動,是一種與傳統(tǒng)課堂教學(xué)模式不同的新型教育方式,為第一課堂的教學(xué)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行有效地拓展與深化的同時,亦潛移默化地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的性格修養(yǎng)和道德情操,拓寬學(xué)生的視野,提高學(xué)生的綜合創(chuàng)新能力,豐富學(xué)生的課余生活,集聚著多樣性、生動性、娛樂性、專業(yè)性、自發(fā)性、實(shí)踐性等特點(diǎn)。高職院校應(yīng)在第二課堂活動的建設(shè)方面不斷加強(qiáng)力度,提升高職院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量與學(xué)生素養(yǎng)。因此,如何有效促進(jìn)高職院校第二課堂活動的開展是一個值得研究的課題。本文共分為四個部分:第一部分為引言部分,首先以全面提高高職院校學(xué)生綜合能力的第二課堂為切入點(diǎn),對第二課堂的概念進(jìn)行了定義。其次,以高職院校學(xué)生為研究主題,通過強(qiáng)化對學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),從第二課堂活動的研究來提高學(xué)生靈活運(yùn)用知識技能的水平;趯Φ谝徽n堂與第二課堂關(guān)系的闡述,促進(jìn)高校師資培養(yǎng)與教育水平提升,進(jìn)而探究第二課堂對師生發(fā)展的積極性。第二部分通過研究高職院校開展第二課堂活動存在的問題,積極開展相關(guān)的調(diào)查研究,找出我國高職院校第二課堂存在的普遍問題。比如:高職院校對第二課堂教學(xué)重視不足,第二課堂活動中有效參與學(xué)生比例不多,第二課堂教學(xué)的師資力量較小。第三部分以發(fā)揮高職院校第二課堂作用的建議為著力點(diǎn),通過轉(zhuǎn)變第二課堂教育觀念,優(yōu)化教學(xué)管理水平,進(jìn)一步建立以學(xué)生為中心的理念,強(qiáng)化教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),打造第二課堂活動的教學(xué)資源共享平臺,進(jìn)而培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展,高素質(zhì)的創(chuàng)新人才。第四部分是文章的總結(jié)部分,強(qiáng)調(diào)完善第二課堂活動的基礎(chǔ)研究,建立高職院校第二課堂活動的研究框架體系,從而形成主客觀結(jié)合的獨(dú)特視角與研究體系。第二課堂作為高職院校學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的一個重要平臺,在摸索中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,從而完善并解決問題,為高職院校營造適合學(xué)生素質(zhì)能力全面發(fā)展的渠道,進(jìn)而助推學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的健康發(fā)展。從多萬面全面發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)技能型人才。通過研究高校第二課堂活動等相關(guān)主題,試圖為廣大青年學(xué)子參與活動提供一些參考與借鑒,使其能夠全方位認(rèn)識和培養(yǎng)自身綜合素質(zhì)與能力。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges shoulder the mission of cultivating highly qualified skilled personnel. Second, classroom activities mainly refer to cultural entertainment, knowledge training, social activities in professional education and teaching through effective teaching plans and classroom teaching. It is a new type of education method which is different from the traditional classroom teaching mode. It expands and deepens the teaching content of the first classroom effectively, at the same time, it also imperceptibly cultivates the students' good character accomplishment and moral sentiment, and widens the students' vision. Improve students' comprehensive innovation ability, enrich students' after-school life, gather the characteristics of diversity, vitality, entertainment, professionalism, spontaneity, practicality, etc. Higher vocational colleges should constantly strengthen the construction of the second classroom activities. Therefore, how to effectively promote the development of the second classroom activities in higher vocational colleges is a topic worthy of study. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, Firstly, the concept of the second classroom is defined by the second classroom, which can improve the comprehensive ability of the students in higher vocational colleges. Secondly, taking the students of higher vocational colleges as the research theme, through strengthening the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality, Based on the analysis of the relationship between the first class and the second class, it can promote the cultivation of teachers and raise the level of education in colleges and universities, based on the research of the second classroom activity to improve the students' flexible application of knowledge and skills. And then explore the enthusiasm of the second classroom to the development of teachers and students. The second part through the study of the problems existing in the second classroom activities in higher vocational colleges, actively carry out related investigation and research. Find out the common problems existing in the second classroom of higher vocational colleges in our country. For example, the vocational colleges pay less attention to the second classroom teaching, and the proportion of students participating effectively in the second classroom activities is not large. The third part focuses on the suggestion of giving full play to the role of the second classroom in higher vocational colleges, by changing the concept of the second classroom education, optimizing the level of teaching management, and further establishing the student-centered concept. To strengthen the construction of teachers, to create a platform for sharing teaching resources in the second classroom activities, and to cultivate innovative talents with all-round development and high quality. Part 4th is the summary of the article, which emphasizes the improvement of the basic research of the second classroom activities. The research frame system of the second classroom activity in higher vocational colleges is established, thus forming a unique angle of view and research system of combining subjectivity and objectivity. As an important platform of quality education for students in higher vocational colleges, the second classroom finds problems in the exploration. In order to perfect and solve the problems, to create a suitable channel for the all-round development of students' quality and ability for higher vocational colleges, Then it can promote the healthy development of the quality education of students. Through the research on the related topics such as the second classroom activities in colleges and universities, this paper tries to provide some reference and reference for the young students to participate in the activities. So that it can fully understand and cultivate its own comprehensive quality and ability.
