【摘要】：本研究以我國(guó)中高職院校2014屆畢業(yè)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,編制"職業(yè)院校學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)及成本調(diào)查問(wèn)卷",并對(duì)全國(guó)18省、市、自治區(qū)的32所中高職學(xué)校的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)進(jìn)行在線抽樣調(diào)查。調(diào)查顯示,學(xué)生對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)的總體滿意度一般,學(xué)生對(duì)教育部門制定的頂崗實(shí)習(xí)政策知曉度較低,55.3%的學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)單位不是學(xué)校安排,28.2%的學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)與專業(yè)不對(duì)口,學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)力度不夠,學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)期間的住宿、餐飲、交通自費(fèi)比例較高,實(shí)習(xí)加班比較常見(jiàn),13%的實(shí)習(xí)生無(wú)實(shí)習(xí)工資,政府基本未向?qū)嵙?xí)單位提供實(shí)習(xí)補(bǔ)貼等。這些問(wèn)題的解決需要政府的有效介入,需要出臺(tái)相關(guān)的制度和條例來(lái)明確政府、學(xué)校、企業(yè)、學(xué)生四方的責(zé)權(quán)利,從而規(guī)范和推進(jìn)職業(yè)院校開(kāi)展學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)工作,維護(hù)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生、學(xué)校和企業(yè)的合法權(quán)益,保障學(xué)生實(shí)踐教學(xué)的有效性。
[Abstract]:This study takes the graduates of vocational colleges and vocational colleges in 2014 as the object of investigation, compiles the questionnaire of students' internship and cost in vocational colleges, and makes a survey of 18 provinces and cities in China. An online sampling survey was carried out among the graduates of 32 secondary and higher vocational schools in the autonomous region. The survey showed that the students' overall satisfaction with the internship was general. 55.3% of the students' practice units were not arranged by the school to arrange 28.2% of the students' on-the-job practice to be out of line with their major, the strength of the student practice guidance was not enough, and the students' accommodation and catering during the internship period were not enough, and the students' awareness of the policy of job placement was lower than 55.3% of the students' practice units. The proportion of self-financed transportation is relatively high, 13% of interns do not have internship wages, and the government basically does not provide internship subsidies to internship units. The solution of these problems requires the effective intervention of the government. It is necessary to introduce relevant systems and regulations to clarify the responsibilities and rights of the government, schools, enterprises and students, so as to standardize and promote the practice of student placement in vocational colleges and universities, and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of internship students, schools and enterprises. To ensure the effectiveness of practical teaching for students.
