【摘要】：在職業(yè)院校推進價值觀管理,是當前學校改革發(fā)展的迫切需要,是提高管理素質的內在要求,是增強核心競爭力的根本保證。在具體的實施路徑上,需要加強文化理念的宣傳貫徹、推動人本思想的深入實施、強化干部師生的價值引領。為了確保價值觀管理的深入實施,必須把價值觀管理納入到學校的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、建立相應的組織領導體系并貫穿于各項日常工作之中。
[Abstract]:To promote the management of values in vocational colleges and universities is an urgent need for the reform and development of schools, an inherent requirement for improving the quality of management, and a fundamental guarantee for enhancing the core competitiveness. It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and implementation of cultural ideas, promote the in-depth implementation of humanism, and strengthen the value guidance of cadres and teachers and students. In order to ensure the thorough implementation of value management, the management of values must be incorporated into the development strategy of the school. Establish the corresponding organizational leadership system and run through the daily work.
