中職學(xué)校工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:隨著我國中職教育的快速發(fā)展,中職教育質(zhì)量引起社會各界的廣泛關(guān)注。推行工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式,提升中職教育質(zhì)量,是全面貫徹國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要的具體行動,對促進(jìn)我國中職教育實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。 本研究分析了德國、英國、美國、加拿大、澳大利亞等5國實(shí)施工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式的具體狀況,總結(jié)了我國工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式研究與實(shí)踐的現(xiàn)狀,清晰了中職學(xué)校實(shí)施工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培育模式存在的具體問題和努力方向。采用實(shí)證研究法,對河北省唐山市部分中職學(xué)校實(shí)施工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式的實(shí)踐狀況進(jìn)行了分析,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)出引企入校、入企辦學(xué)、產(chǎn)教結(jié)合、訂單培養(yǎng)、頂崗實(shí)習(xí)、工學(xué)交替、項(xiàng)目驅(qū)動、“2+1”等8種推行工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式的實(shí)踐模式,以及確立人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、精心制定培養(yǎng)方案、重構(gòu)課程實(shí)施體系、科學(xué)安排工學(xué)時間、推進(jìn)教育教學(xué)改革、打造優(yōu)勢教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)、強(qiáng)化實(shí)訓(xùn)基地效能、廣泛推進(jìn)校企合作、改進(jìn)學(xué)生德育方式等9個關(guān)鍵步驟。 基于唐山市部分中職學(xué)校推行工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式的實(shí)踐狀況,本研究認(rèn)為,實(shí)施工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式,可有效地提高中職教育質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展和學(xué)生就業(yè)。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn),目前中職學(xué)校實(shí)施工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式也存在一些具體問題,,主要體現(xiàn)在工學(xué)結(jié)合法律制度不盡完善、企業(yè)參與工學(xué)結(jié)合的積極性不高、學(xué)校推行工學(xué)結(jié)合模式經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足、相關(guān)配套改革措施亟待完善、學(xué)生適應(yīng)工學(xué)結(jié)合能力亟待提高等5個方面。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對目前工學(xué)結(jié)合人才模式實(shí)踐工作中所遇到的問題,提出了優(yōu)化工學(xué)結(jié)合實(shí)踐模式遵循的原則和主要內(nèi)容,并從政府、企業(yè)和學(xué)校3個視角,提出了實(shí)施工學(xué)結(jié)合實(shí)踐模式的具體措施,供有關(guān)方面及中職學(xué)校實(shí)施工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)模式借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of secondary vocational education in China, the quality of secondary vocational education has attracted wide attention from all walks of life. It is a concrete action to carry out the national medium and long term education reform and development plan in an all-round way. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the sustainable development of secondary vocational education in China. This study analyzes the specific situation of the implementation of the model of combining engineering and learning in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia, and summarizes the current situation of the research and practice of the training model of the combination of work and learning in our country. This paper makes clear the concrete problems and the direction of the work combined talents training mode in the secondary vocational schools. By using the empirical research method, this paper analyzes the practical situation of some secondary vocational schools in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, in carrying out the training mode of the combination of work and learning talents. This paper systematically summarizes the eight kinds of practical models, such as introducing enterprises into schools, running schools into enterprises, combining production and teaching, order training, post practice, alternating work and learning, project driving, "21", etc., and establishing the training objectives of talents. Elaborate training plan, reconstruct curriculum implementation system, scientifically arrange working time, promote education and teaching reform, build superior teaching team, strengthen effectiveness of practical training base, and extensively promote cooperation between school and enterprise. There are 9 key steps to improve students' moral education. Based on the practice of promoting the mode of combining work and learning with talents in some secondary vocational schools in Tangshan City, this study holds that the implementation of the mode of combining work with learning can effectively improve the quality of secondary vocational education. This study finds that there are some specific problems in the implementation of the model of combining work and learning talents in secondary vocational schools, which are mainly reflected in the imperfect legal system of combination of work and learning. The enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the combination of work and study is not high, the experience of implementing the mode of combination of work and learning in schools is insufficient, the relevant reform measures need to be improved urgently, and the ability of students to adapt to the combination of work and learning needs to be improved. In view of the problems encountered in the practice of the mode of combining work and learning with talents, this paper puts forward the principles and main contents of optimizing the practice mode of combination of work and learning, and from three angles of view of government, enterprise and school. This paper puts forward some concrete measures to carry out the practical mode of combining work and learning, which can be used for reference by relevant parties and the secondary vocational schools in carrying out the mode of training talents of combination of work and learning.
