【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界,隨著科技創(chuàng)新的迅猛發(fā)展,人才資源己成為國(guó)家第一重要資源。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)發(fā)展歸根結(jié)底是為了人的全面發(fā)展。誰(shuí)掌握了人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)這個(gè)關(guān)鍵,誰(shuí)就能持續(xù)發(fā)展、長(zhǎng)盛不衰。如今后金融危機(jī)時(shí)代,歐美等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家啟動(dòng)了“再工業(yè)化”戰(zhàn)略來(lái)擺脫經(jīng)濟(jì)泥潭。其中大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育成為“再工業(yè)化”計(jì)劃中的重要組成部分。培養(yǎng)好、利用好、開(kāi)發(fā)好人才這個(gè)首要資源,已成為我國(guó)當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期的關(guān)鍵任務(wù)。職業(yè)教育是我國(guó)教育體系的重要組成部分,擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)力和專業(yè)高技能人才的重大任務(wù),對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。關(guān)于職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的研究,國(guó)內(nèi)外的學(xué)術(shù)專著和論文甚多。國(guó)外的研究較微觀,實(shí)證研究較多,且提出了有關(guān)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展較前沿的觀點(diǎn)。而國(guó)內(nèi)的研究主要以借鑒國(guó)外的研究為基礎(chǔ),研究大都是停留在宏觀政策和對(duì)策的層面上,實(shí)證分析不多。其中學(xué)界關(guān)于美國(guó)職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展互動(dòng)關(guān)系的研究尚少,實(shí)證研究更不多見(jiàn)。因此,對(duì)美國(guó)職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展互動(dòng)關(guān)系的研究有著非常重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文旨在以美國(guó)為背景,研究美國(guó)職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。首先,本文綜述了本課題的國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論,總結(jié)了職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響關(guān)系類型,并對(duì)職業(yè)教育進(jìn)行了重新定義。其次,分析美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與美國(guó)職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀。根據(jù)美國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分析和美國(guó)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)分析,得出了美國(guó)基于知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)驅(qū)動(dòng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形式。通過(guò)中美職業(yè)教育的對(duì)比分析,探尋美國(guó)職業(yè)教育概況,得出我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的不足如辦學(xué)主體單一,學(xué)術(shù)和職業(yè)課程的銜接性不強(qiáng),缺少對(duì)職業(yè)教育學(xué)歷層次的培養(yǎng)制度,同時(shí)我國(guó)職業(yè)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源單一且有逐步減少的趨勢(shì)。再次,總結(jié)美國(guó)職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)和成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及可能存在的不足,從而探討職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的互動(dòng)機(jī)制,為我國(guó)職業(yè)教育能更好適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展尋找有效解決辦法。然后利用經(jīng)濟(jì)模型計(jì)算出美國(guó)職業(yè)教育對(duì)美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)率,以及運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)軟件分析職業(yè)教育與美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,以此證明本文對(duì)職業(yè)教育與美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展互動(dòng)研究的正確性。最后本文基于相關(guān)結(jié)論提出我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的相關(guān)政策。
[Abstract]:In today's world, with the rapid development of scientific and technological innovation, human resources have become the most important national resources. Economic and social development in the final analysis is for the all-round development of human beings. For example, in the future financial crisis era, developed countries such as Europe and the United States have launched the strategy of "reindustrialization" to get rid of the economic quagmire. Among them, vigorously developing vocational education has become an important part of the "re-industrialization" program. It has become a key task for our country at present and in the future to make good use of and develop this primary resource. Vocational education is an important part of our education system. It is an important task to train high-quality labor force and highly skilled personnel, which is of great practical significance to the economic development and social progress of our country. There are a lot of academic monographs and papers at home and abroad. The research abroad is more micro, the empirical research is more, and put forward the point of view about the development of vocational education, while the domestic research is mainly based on the study abroad. Most of the studies remain on the level of macro policies and countermeasures, and there are few empirical analyses. Among them, there are few studies on the interaction between vocational education and economic development in the United States, and there are few empirical studies on the interaction between vocational education and economic development in the United States. The research on the interaction between American vocational education and economic development has very important theoretical and practical significance. The purpose of this paper is to study the interactive relationship between vocational education and economic development in the United States. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant literature and economic theory of this topic, and summarizes the types of influence relationship between vocational education and economic development. Secondly, it analyzes the American economy and the current situation of American vocational education, according to the analysis of American industrial structure and the structure of American labor market. Through the comparative analysis of vocational education between China and the United States, this paper probes into the general situation of American vocational education, and concludes that the shortage of vocational education in our country is as simple as the main body of running a school. The connection between academic and vocational courses is not strong, and there is a lack of training system for the level of vocational education academic qualifications. At the same time, the source of funding for vocational education in China is single and has a trend of decreasing gradually. Summing up the characteristics and successful experiences of vocational education and economic development in the United States, as well as the possible shortcomings, so as to explore the interactive mechanism between vocational education and economic development, To find an effective solution for China's vocational education to adapt to the economic development, and then calculate the contribution rate of American vocational education to the American economy by using the economic model. And using econometric software to analyze the interactive relationship between vocational education and the economic development of the United States. This proves the correctness of the research on the interaction between vocational education and American economic development. Finally, based on the relevant conclusions, this paper puts forward the relevant policies of vocational education in China.
