【摘要】：以法、美、德、日為首的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在職業(yè)教育多元籌措方面積累了大量先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),形成了一條由政府公共財(cái)政為主導(dǎo)、各市場(chǎng)主體全面參與的職業(yè)教育多元化籌資模式。通過(guò)對(duì)各國(guó)教育投資模式進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)一步梳理出發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在職業(yè)教育資金籌措中的共有經(jīng)驗(yàn)。根據(jù)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)實(shí)國(guó)情,深入借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家教育經(jīng)費(fèi)籌措的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),不斷完善我國(guó)職業(yè)教育投資相關(guān)的法律法規(guī),引入市場(chǎng)機(jī)制,構(gòu)建具有中國(guó)特色的職業(yè)教育多元化籌資模式。
[Abstract]:Developed countries, led by France, the United States, Germany and Japan, have accumulated a great deal of advanced experience in the field of diversified financing of vocational education, forming a policy dominated by the government's public finance. The diversified financing model of vocational education in which all market participants participate. Through the analysis of the educational investment models of various countries, Further combing out the common experience of the developed countries in the financing of vocational education. According to the characteristics of the development of vocational education in our country at present and the actual national conditions, we can learn from the advanced experiences of the developed countries in the financing of education. We should constantly perfect the laws and regulations related to the investment in vocational education, introduce the market mechanism, and construct the diversified financing mode of vocational education with Chinese characteristics.
