【摘要】：城市化水平體現(xiàn)了一個(gè)國家現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展程度,加快城市化進(jìn)程是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展到一定水平后進(jìn)一步改革發(fā)展的重要突破口,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的需要。大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育,是解決“三農(nóng)”問題和促進(jìn)社會(huì)就業(yè)的重要途徑。也是促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平的一項(xiàng)重大戰(zhàn)略性任務(wù)。 當(dāng)前我國的城市化進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展階段,職業(yè)教育也取得了巨大的進(jìn)步,但職業(yè)教育并不能滿足城市化進(jìn)程中產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)改變對(duì)勞動(dòng)力結(jié)構(gòu)改變的要求,職業(yè)教育在適應(yīng)城市化和勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移方面都存在一些不容忽視問題。本文通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)的考察、郴州市市情的分析,認(rèn)為職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展必須與城市化發(fā)展進(jìn)程相協(xié)調(diào),并適當(dāng)超前,努力為城市化進(jìn)程服務(wù)；為人的綜合素質(zhì)提高服務(wù),為把人變成產(chǎn)業(yè)工人并進(jìn)而成為合格市民服務(wù)。針對(duì)郴州市的城市化和職業(yè)教育實(shí)際,提出強(qiáng)化對(duì)發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的再認(rèn)識(shí),推動(dòng)職業(yè)教育的改革與發(fā)展；深化職業(yè)教育管理體制改革,強(qiáng)化市級(jí)政府對(duì)職業(yè)教育的統(tǒng)籌管理；發(fā)展民辦職業(yè)教育,擴(kuò)大職業(yè)教育規(guī)模；加強(qiáng)職業(yè)學(xué)校以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的教育教學(xué)改革,推動(dòng)職業(yè)教育主動(dòng)適應(yīng)、服務(wù)城市化進(jìn)程,從而提高城市化的水平和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The level of urbanization reflects the degree of modernization development of a country. Speeding up the process of urbanization is an important breakthrough for the further reform and development of China's economic and social development to a certain level. The development of vocational education is an important way to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" and to promote social employment, and it is also an important strategic task to promote social equity. At present, China's urbanization has entered a stage of rapid development, vocational education has also made great progress, but vocational education can not meet the needs of the changes of industrial structure and employment structure to the change of labor force structure in the process of urbanization. There are some problems in vocational education in adapting to urbanization and labor force transfer. Based on the investigation of domestic and foreign experience and the analysis of Chenzhou city situation, this paper holds that the development of vocational education must be coordinated with the process of urbanization. We should try our best to serve the process of urbanization, improve people's comprehensive quality, turn people into industrial workers and then become qualified citizens, and aim at the reality of urbanization and vocational education in Chenzhou. It is proposed to strengthen the recognition of the development of vocational education, to promote the reform and development of vocational education, to deepen the reform of the management system of vocational education, to strengthen the overall management of vocational education by municipal governments, to develop private vocational education, and to expand the scale of vocational education. In order to improve the level and quality of urbanization, we should strengthen the employment-oriented reform of education and teaching in vocational schools, promote the active adaptation of vocational education and serve the process of urbanization.
