【摘要】：本文通過(guò)對(duì)北京市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、行業(yè)需求和高職專業(yè)設(shè)置情況進(jìn)行偏離度和適應(yīng)系數(shù)分析,指出當(dāng)前北京市高職院校專業(yè)設(shè)置存在的主要問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析設(shè)立雄安新區(qū)的定位、主要產(chǎn)業(yè)以及由此引發(fā)的高職專業(yè)需求,建議北京市高職院校通過(guò)調(diào)整專業(yè)設(shè)置,適當(dāng)增加裝備制造大類、財(cái)經(jīng)商貿(mào)大類、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生大類、公共管理與服務(wù)大類、資源環(huán)境與安全大類、旅游大類等相關(guān)專業(yè)的招生規(guī)模,滿足雄安新區(qū)建設(shè)的人才需求和智力支撐;通過(guò)構(gòu)建符合產(chǎn)業(yè)和企業(yè)需求的人才培養(yǎng)體系、完善培養(yǎng)高技能人才的保障體系等措施加快推進(jìn)高職院校供給側(cè)改革。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the deviation degree and adaptability coefficient of the industrial structure, the industry demand and the setting up of higher vocational colleges in Beijing, this paper points out the main problems existing in the specialty setting of Beijing higher vocational colleges at present. This paper analyzes the orientation, the main industries and the demand for higher vocational education in Xiong'an New area. It is suggested that Beijing higher vocational colleges should, by adjusting their specialties, appropriately increase the categories of equipment manufacturing, finance and commerce, medicine and health, etc. The enrollment scale of related majors, such as public management and service, resources, environment and safety, tourism, etc., to meet the needs of talents and intellectual support for the construction of Xiong'an New area, and to build a talent training system that meets the needs of industry and enterprises, Improve the security system for training high-skilled personnel and accelerate the supply-side reform of higher vocational colleges.
