【摘要】：改革開放近四十年來,我國的高等職業(yè)教育實現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展,為國家的經(jīng)濟社會建設(shè)培養(yǎng)了一大批具有一定理論素養(yǎng)和熟悉一定技能的建設(shè)者。然而,很多高職院校都是通過合并原有的中�；蚣夹�,或在原有教育學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)上組建而成的。它們在辦學(xué)理念和培養(yǎng)模式上部分承襲原有的理念和形式,不能很好地適應(yīng)新形勢的發(fā)展;另一方面,高職院校的發(fā)展歷程相對較短,在思想政治教育工作和學(xué)生管理工作等方面還存在有一個探索的過程。輔導(dǎo)員在高校教育中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用,不僅是思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,而且是最基層的學(xué)生管理者、教育方針政策的執(zhí)行者和學(xué)生成長的指導(dǎo)者。因此,化解目前四川省高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)的問題,打造一支專業(yè)過硬、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、素質(zhì)更高的輔導(dǎo)員隊伍勢在必行。本文從馬克思主義立場出發(fā),堅持以人為本的理念,在對高職院校輔導(dǎo)員相關(guān)概念、基本職責(zé)和演變歷程進行詳細分析之后,呈現(xiàn)了四川省高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,并深入剖析其存在問題的原因,借鑒全國其他同類高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)的成功經(jīng)驗,有針對性地提出合理有效的解決對策,以進一步有效化解難題,提升四川省高職院校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)水平,為推動四川省乃至全國高職院校的可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:During the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China's higher vocational education has achieved leap-forward development, which has trained a large number of constructors with certain theoretical literacy and certain skills for the country's economic and social construction. Many higher vocational colleges are formed by merging the original secondary schools or technical schools, or by establishing them on the basis of the original educational colleges. They have inherited some of the original ideas and forms in terms of their educational ideas and training models. On the other hand, the development process of higher vocational colleges is relatively short. There is still a process of exploration in ideological and political education and student management. Counselors play an important role in the education of colleges and universities, not only the backbone of ideological and political education. Moreover, he is the most basic student manager, the executor of educational policy and the guide of student growth. Therefore, to solve the problem of counselors' team construction in Sichuan vocational colleges, to create a professional perfect and reasonable structure, It is imperative to improve the quality of counselors. This paper, from the standpoint of Marxism, insists on the idea of people-oriented, and after the detailed analysis of the related concepts, basic duties and evolution of counselors in higher vocational colleges, This paper presents the present situation of counselors' team construction in higher vocational colleges in Sichuan province, and deeply analyzes the causes of the existing problems, draws lessons from the successful experiences of other similar vocational college counselors in the whole country, and puts forward some reasonable and effective solutions to the problems. In order to resolve the difficult problems and improve the construction level of counselors in higher vocational colleges in Sichuan province, the paper provides a reference for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of higher vocational colleges in Sichuan province and even all over the country.
