職校校長何以說研究者看到的只是“個別現(xiàn)象”——基于身份話語建構理論對一項研究回應的回應及反思

【摘要】:《當中職生說垃圾學校和渣渣老師時,是在說什么?》一文呈閱于涉事學校校長J后,他認為論文指陳的現(xiàn)象完全只是"個別現(xiàn)象",研究者"對職業(yè)學校的認識有些偏頗"。從身份話語建構理論來看,校長J至少是"(校政)內務管理者""實踐行動者""資源調集者"這三重身份的"集叢體",其主觀建構的"研究者"分別對應為"局外介入者""理論指導者""職教同盟軍"。通過對校長身份話語轉換的識別,其所言"個別現(xiàn)象"便不難得到"理解",且這種"理解"將有助于"對話性"研究倫理之生成。
[Abstract]:When secondary vocational students talk about garbage schools and scum teachers, what are they talking about? After reading the article by the principal of the school concerned, J., he thinks that Chen's phenomenon is only an "individual phenomenon", and that the researcher "has a biased understanding of the vocational school", which is viewed from the theory of identity discourse construction. Principal J is at least a "cluster" of the triple identity of "(school administration) housekeeper", "practical actor" and "resource mobilizer", whose subjective construction of "researcher" corresponds to "external interventionist", "theoretical guide" and "vocational education". The Allied Forces "... By identifying the principal's identity discourse transformation, "individual phenomenon" is not difficult to get "understanding", and this kind of "understanding" will contribute to the formation of "dialogue" research ethics.
