教師專業(yè)化背景下中職專業(yè)教師資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究

【摘要】:在世界各國(guó)關(guān)注教師專業(yè)化的進(jìn)程中,教師資格成為教師專業(yè)化的首要條件,是一個(gè)國(guó)家衡量教師隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)水平的主要參照點(diǎn),是教師資格逐漸法律化的尺度,也是整個(gè)教師教育進(jìn)步程度和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的重要表現(xiàn)。教師資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是教師從事教育職業(yè)的基本要求和準(zhǔn)則,繼我國(guó)相繼出臺(tái)中小學(xué)和幼兒園教師資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之后,職業(yè)教育至今沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一的教師資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。當(dāng)前大部分中職學(xué)校都存在專業(yè)教師隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)參差不齊、專業(yè)化程度低等問(wèn)題,根源是沒(méi)有把握好教師“入口關(guān)”。因此,從中職學(xué)校實(shí)際情況出發(fā),依據(jù)我國(guó)相關(guān)教育政策法規(guī),建立一套科學(xué)合理的教師資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)勢(shì)在必行。 本研究通過(guò)對(duì)選定的十所不同規(guī)模的中職學(xué)校管理者及部分專業(yè)教師的調(diào)查,了解中職專業(yè)教師資格實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,并通過(guò)對(duì)專業(yè)教師的走訪,了解專業(yè)教師需具備的具體素質(zhì),,為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的確定提供依據(jù)。最終建立一套包括職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、專業(yè)能力、科研能力和自身發(fā)展能力四個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)及職業(yè)理念、師德修養(yǎng)、專業(yè)知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、職業(yè)教學(xué)能力等在內(nèi)的十四個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo),包括能力分析在內(nèi)的指標(biāo)體系,為我國(guó)中職教師資格制度提供借鑒意義。同時(shí)還對(duì)資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施過(guò)程中需要重視的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探討,確保資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的有效實(shí)施,實(shí)現(xiàn)專業(yè)教師整體素質(zhì)的提高。
[Abstract]:In the process of paying attention to the professionalization of teachers all over the world, the qualification of teachers has become the primary condition for the professionalization of teachers, the main reference point for a country to measure the quality of teachers, and the criterion for the gradual legalization of the qualifications of teachers. It is also an important manifestation of the progress of teacher education and the trend of development. The standard of teacher qualification is the basic requirement and criterion for teachers to engage in the education profession. After the introduction of the qualification standards for teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in succession in our country, There is no uniform qualification standard for teachers in vocational education so far. At present, most secondary vocational schools have problems such as uneven quality structure of professional teachers and low specialization. The root of this problem is that teachers'"entrance" is not well grasped. It is imperative to establish a set of scientific and reasonable teacher qualification standards according to the relevant educational policies and regulations of our country according to the actual situation of secondary vocational schools. Through the investigation of the managers and some professional teachers of ten selected secondary vocational schools of different sizes, the present situation and existing problems of the implementation of the qualifications of the secondary vocational school teachers are understood, and the professional teachers are visited. To understand the specific qualities of professional teachers, to provide the basis for the determination of standard indicators. Finally, to establish a set of four first class indicators, including professional accomplishment, professional ability, scientific research ability and self-development ability, as well as professional concept, teacher's moral accomplishment, etc. Fourteen secondary indicators, including the structure of professional knowledge, the vocational teaching ability, and the index system, including competency analysis, At the same time, it discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in the course of carrying out the qualification standard, so as to ensure the effective implementation of the qualification standard system and realize the improvement of the overall quality of professional teachers.
