中職學(xué)校以人為本的班級管理策略研究

【摘要】:以人為本是科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的核心,是十六大以來黨中央突出強(qiáng)調(diào)的一個重要思想和基本要求。在大力提倡科學(xué)管理的今天,教育行業(yè)也必須與時俱進(jìn),在班級管理中必須要引入和采用以人為本的教育管理理念,這既是時代發(fā)展的趨勢,也是教育進(jìn)步的必然選擇。 中職學(xué)校在學(xué)校辦學(xué)理念、學(xué)科設(shè)置方面不同于一般的普通高中,中職學(xué)校的學(xué)生因為多方面原因在學(xué)業(yè)和行為素質(zhì)上與普通高中學(xué)生相比也存在一定的差距,傳統(tǒng)的班級管理理念、管理方式和管理體制已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)前形勢發(fā)展的需要,存在的主要問題是忽視學(xué)生的個性,管理方式缺乏人文關(guān)懷,因此在中職學(xué)校班級管理中引入以人為本的理念就顯得尤為迫切。 班級作為學(xué)校教學(xué)活動的基本組織單位,其班級管理的質(zhì)量和效率對于整個教育的發(fā)展都有重要的影響。本文在闡述班級管理的概念和梳理以人為本的班級管理的理論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了自己對以人為本教育思想的內(nèi)涵理解,即:有教無類,平等對待學(xué)生;因材施教,尊重個性差異;無為而治,促進(jìn)全面發(fā)展。然后分析了目前中職學(xué)校以及中職學(xué)校班級管理發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題,并且對這些問題進(jìn)行深層次的剖析,找出其根源,最后結(jié)合理論和實(shí)際,從社會、學(xué)校、教師和學(xué)生四個層面對存在的問題提出了相應(yīng)的建議:社會應(yīng)當(dāng)加大對職業(yè)教育的投入和關(guān)注,努力為職業(yè)教育營造良好的社會發(fā)展環(huán)境;學(xué)校應(yīng)該從管理體制和制度上入手,對班級管理進(jìn)行宏觀的調(diào)控和指導(dǎo);教師作為班級管理的直接參與者,應(yīng)當(dāng)重視學(xué)生的個性發(fā)展,給每個學(xué)生的發(fā)展提供必要的關(guān)注和空間。另外教師在教書育人的方式上也要改變傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)和管理方式;最后,學(xué)生同樣也是班級管理的主體,對班級管理負(fù)有直接的權(quán)利和義務(wù),應(yīng)當(dāng)努力提高自我管理的水平和能力。文章針對當(dāng)前存在的比較突出的矛盾,,提出了比較獨(dú)到的一些創(chuàng)新策略。這對于中職學(xué)校教育質(zhì)量的提高,對中職學(xué)校學(xué)生自身素質(zhì)的提高和能力的發(fā)展,都是有積極意義的。
[Abstract]:People-oriented is the core of the concept of scientific development and an important thought and basic requirement highlighted by the CPC Central Committee since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Today, when scientific management is strongly advocated, the education industry must also keep pace with the times. It is necessary to introduce and adopt the idea of people-oriented education management in class management, which is not only the trend of the development of the times, but also the inevitable choice of educational progress. Secondary vocational schools are different from ordinary high schools in terms of school idea and subject setup. Because of various reasons, the students of secondary vocational schools have a certain gap in academic and behavioral quality compared with ordinary high school students. Traditional class management concept, management method and management system can no longer meet the needs of the development of the current situation, the main problems are to ignore the personality of students, the lack of humanistic care management. Therefore, it is urgent to introduce the idea of people-oriented in the class management of secondary vocational schools. Class as the basic organizational unit of school teaching activities, The quality and efficiency of class management have an important impact on the development of the whole education. This paper expounds the concept of class management and combs the theory of people-oriented class management. The author puts forward his own understanding of the connotation of people-oriented education thought, that is, to treat students equally, to teach students according to their aptitude, to respect individual differences, to govern without doing things, Then it analyzes the present situation and existing problems of class management in secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools, and makes a deep analysis of these problems, finds out their root causes, and finally combines theory and practice, from the society, Four levels of schools, teachers and students put forward the corresponding suggestions for the problems: the society should increase the input and attention to vocational education, and strive to create a good social development environment for vocational education; The school should start from the management system and system to carry on the macroscopic control and the instruction to the class management, the teacher as the class management direct participant, should pay attention to the student's individuality development, To provide the necessary attention and space for the development of each student. In addition, teachers should also change the traditional teaching and management methods in teaching and educating people. Finally, students are also the main body of class management. Having direct rights and obligations to class management, we should strive to improve the level and ability of self-management. Some innovative strategies are put forward, which are of positive significance to the improvement of the quality of secondary vocational school education, the improvement of students' own quality and the development of their ability.
