中職學校班級凝聚力的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要,明確提出了大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育。抓好中等職業(yè)教育已成為完善我國現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的重要舉措。隨著國家和各級政府對中職學校的投入逐年增加,中職學校開始現(xiàn)出好的發(fā)展勢頭。但是,由于片面追求學歷教育傳統(tǒng)觀念的影響,社會、單位和家長對中職學校的認可度依然不高,阻礙了中職學校的生存和發(fā)展,導致了教師和學生對中職學校的缺乏認同感和歸屬感。 學校的基礎(chǔ)在班級,班級的基礎(chǔ)在學生。增強班級對學生的凝聚力,已成為提高中職學校教育教學質(zhì)量和中職專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)水平,擴大中職學校在全社會的影響力和美譽度亟待解決的問題。同樣,班級凝聚力對于組織英語教學以及其他專業(yè)技能課程的學習,提高教育教學質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)合格人才具有重要意義。 本論文的研究內(nèi)容,是在對宣恩縣中等職業(yè)技術(shù)學校2012級兩個職高班凝聚力調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上進行的,參考了國內(nèi)有關(guān)班級凝聚力研究成果。在調(diào)查過程中,運用了文獻法、調(diào)查法、比較法、統(tǒng)計法、訪談法等研究方法,對宣恩縣中等職業(yè)技術(shù)學校班級凝聚力的現(xiàn)狀進行了深入調(diào)查并分析,找到了產(chǎn)生的原因,最后有針對性的提出了增強中等職業(yè)技術(shù)學校班級凝聚力的對策和建議,期望本文的研究成果,能引起中職學校管理部門的重視,同時為中職學校的班主任和各科教師提高自身對班級的科學管理能力和課堂教學水平提供有益的借鑒。 通過對中等職業(yè)技術(shù)學校班級凝聚力的分析和認識,研究者發(fā)現(xiàn)在中職學校,學生和教師中不同程度存在著一些需要解決問題;中職學生普遍存在自卑心理,人際交往冷淡;學習積極性不高,集體凝聚力下降;教師表現(xiàn)出對班級不夠關(guān)注,教學方式落后,教學質(zhì)量不高,班主任在班級管理過程中缺乏民主性、出現(xiàn)無序化管理傾向。針對以上問題,本文從班級目標一致性、成員對班級規(guī)章制度的認同感、班主任的領(lǐng)導方式、師生關(guān)系、生生關(guān)系以及成員的團體意識等六個方面,對中職學校班級缺乏的凝聚力現(xiàn)象進行了認真的研究探討,指出了班主任領(lǐng)導方式欠民主,教師教學的方法不靈活,學生學習積極性不高是目前影響中職學校班級團體凝聚力形成的主要原因。提出了樹立以學生為中心的管理理念,推行民主班級的管理模式;提高教師以德育人的自身素質(zhì),注重教師的專業(yè)水平提高;制定明確的班級建設(shè)目標和達標班級規(guī)范;開展豐富多樣的集體活動等,這些是增強班級對學生凝聚力和吸引力根本途徑和方法。闡述了以學生為主體,以教師為主導、管理干部以人為本實施科學管理,充分調(diào)動學生、教師和管理者的積極性和主觀能動性、推動教育教學改革、培養(yǎng)德智體美全面發(fā)展的合格人才,這是增強班級凝聚力的落腳點和根本目的。
[Abstract]:Outline of the State's medium- and long-term education reform and development plan, It is clearly put forward that developing vocational education vigorously. It has become an important measure to perfect the modern vocational education system of our country. With the increase of government investment in secondary vocational schools year by year, Secondary vocational schools are beginning to show a good momentum of development. However, due to the influence of the one-sided pursuit of the traditional concept of academic education, the acceptance of secondary vocational schools by society, units and parents is still low, which hinders the survival and development of secondary vocational schools. As a result, teachers and students of secondary vocational schools lack of identity and a sense of belonging. The foundation of the school is in the class, and the foundation of the class is the student. Enhancing the cohesion of the class to the students has become the improvement of the quality of education and teaching in the secondary vocational school and the training level of the specialized personnel in the secondary vocational school. Expanding the influence and reputation of secondary vocational schools in the whole society is an urgent problem to be solved. In the same way, class cohesion can help to organize the study of English teaching and other professional skills courses, and to improve the quality of education and teaching. It is of great significance to train qualified talents. The research content of this thesis is based on the investigation and study of the cohesion of the two vocational and technical schools in Xuanen County in 2012, referring to the domestic research results of class cohesion. In the course of the investigation, the literature method is used. By investigation, comparison, statistics, interview and other research methods, this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the present situation of class cohesion in secondary vocational and technical schools in Xuanen County, and finds out the reasons for its emergence. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the class cohesion of secondary vocational and technical schools, and expects that the research results of this paper can arouse the attention of the management departments of secondary vocational schools. At the same time, it provides a useful reference for the class teachers and teachers to improve their own scientific management ability and classroom teaching level. Through the analysis and understanding of class cohesion in secondary vocational and technical schools, the researcher finds that there are some problems to be solved among students and teachers in secondary vocational schools, such as the inferiority complex of secondary vocational school students, the coldness of interpersonal communication, and the existence of self-abasement in secondary vocational schools. Teachers show insufficient attention to classes, backward teaching methods, low teaching quality, lack of democracy in the course of class management, and disorderly management tendency. In this paper, there are six aspects: the consistency of class objectives, the identity of the members to the rules and regulations of the class, the leadership style of the class teacher, the relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between students and students, and the group consciousness of the members. This paper makes a serious study and discussion on the cohesion phenomenon of the classes in secondary vocational schools, and points out that the leadership style of the class teachers is not democratic, and the teaching methods of teachers are not flexible. Students' low enthusiasm for learning is the main reason that affects the formation of group cohesion in secondary vocational schools. This paper puts forward the idea of student-centered management, the promotion of democratic class management model, the improvement of teachers' quality of educating people with morality. Pay attention to the improvement of teachers' professional level; formulate clear class construction goals and meet class standards; carry out rich and diverse collective activities, etc. These are the basic ways and methods to enhance the cohesion and attraction of the class to students. This paper expounds that the students are the main body, the teachers are the leading, the management cadres are the people oriented to carry out the scientific management, and the students are fully mobilized. The enthusiasm and initiative of teachers and managers, the promotion of educational reform, and the cultivation of qualified personnel with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical ability and beauty are the ultimate and fundamental purposes of enhancing class cohesion.
