【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育是高等教育中不可或缺的重要組成部分,當(dāng)前高等職業(yè)教育占據(jù)著高等教育的半壁江山。高等職業(yè)教育的主要任務(wù)就是為地方經(jīng)濟建設(shè)和社會發(fā)展需要培養(yǎng)大批高級應(yīng)用型人才,尤其是為地方生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理、服務(wù)第一線培養(yǎng)下得去、留得住、用得上的高級應(yīng)用型人才。而承擔(dān)培養(yǎng)任務(wù)的就是高等職業(yè)院校。近年來,受人口自然增長率的不斷降低,接受高等教育的適齡人口正在逐年減少,而高等職業(yè)院校還在不斷的增長和擴招,使得部分高職院校的生存和發(fā)展出現(xiàn)了危機,面臨著生源數(shù)量不足,質(zhì)量不高的困境。鑒于此,有必要從理論和實踐層面進行分析和梳理,深入探索和分析安徽地區(qū)高職院校生源減少和流向的影響因素,對癥下藥解決我省高等職業(yè)院校結(jié)構(gòu)性生源減少的矛盾。 本文從高等職業(yè)教育的定義入手,對高等職業(yè)教育和高等�？平逃M行了界定和區(qū)別；逐本溯源的梳理了安徽地區(qū)高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的歷史并對當(dāng)前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了概括和總結(jié)；總結(jié)了安徽地區(qū)高職層次招生錄取的特征；分析了生源減少對高職的生存和發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的影響；學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒發(fā)達國家和地區(qū)的成功經(jīng)驗,提出了生源減少下安徽省高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的策略：首先政府部門要在高職高專的發(fā)展中發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用。其次是改革當(dāng)前高職招生制度。再次是通過差異化競爭,加強院校內(nèi)涵建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an indispensable part of higher education. At present, higher vocational education occupies half of higher education. The main task of higher vocational education is to train a large number of advanced applied talents for local economic construction and social development, especially for local production, construction and management. Service frontline training under the need to stay, the use of advanced applied talent. And the task of training is the higher vocational colleges. In recent years, due to the decline in the natural growth rate of the population, The population of the right age for higher education is decreasing year by year, and the higher vocational colleges are still increasing and expanding enrollment, which makes the survival and development of some higher vocational colleges appear crisis, and faces the shortage of the number of students. In view of this, it is necessary to analyze and comb in theory and practice, and to explore and analyze the influencing factors of decreasing and flowing of students in higher vocational colleges in Anhui. The solution to the problem is to solve the contradiction of the decrease of structural students in higher vocational colleges and universities in our province. Starting with the definition of higher vocational education, this paper defines and distinguishes between higher vocational education and higher specialized education. Combing the history of the development of higher vocational education in Anhui Province, summarizing and summarizing the current development situation, summarizing the characteristics of admission to higher vocational education in Anhui. This paper analyzes the influence of reducing the number of students on the survival and development of higher vocational education, and studies and draws lessons from the successful experiences of developed countries and regions. This paper puts forward the strategies for the development of higher vocational education in Anhui Province under the condition of reducing the number of students: first, the government departments should play a leading role in the development of higher vocational education; secondly, the reform of the current enrollment system in higher vocational colleges and universities. Strengthen the construction of connotation of colleges and universities.
