中職校教師職業(yè)幸福感的現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題及管理對(duì)策

【摘要】:教育要發(fā)展要依靠教師,教師的職業(yè)幸福感對(duì)我國(guó)的教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展有著極其重要的作用。如何提高教師的職業(yè)幸福感是全社會(huì)都應(yīng)關(guān)注和努力的。本文在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)教師職業(yè)幸福感的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)教師職業(yè)幸福感相關(guān)概念的界定及對(duì)提高中職教師職業(yè)幸福感作用的闡明,得出了提高中職教師職業(yè)幸福感的必要性。同時(shí),通過(guò)調(diào)查研究,分析當(dāng)前中職教師職業(yè)幸福感的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題和產(chǎn)生的原因,最后對(duì)如何提高中職教師職業(yè)幸福感提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。本文通過(guò)四個(gè)部分來(lái)對(duì)中職教師幸福的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析與探討。 第一部分本文先提出選題的緣由;然后通過(guò)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的現(xiàn)狀,最后對(duì)中職教師職業(yè)幸福感的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定。 第二部分本文通過(guò)問(wèn)卷、訪談等調(diào)查方法對(duì)福州中職教師幸福感進(jìn)行分析,歸納當(dāng)前中職教師存在的狀況。 第三部分本文分別從個(gè)人、學(xué)校和社會(huì)等方面尋找中職教師幸福感不高的原因,并進(jìn)行歸因分析。 第四部分本文依照實(shí)際的調(diào)查研究、分析,提出提升中職教師職業(yè)幸福感的方法和策略,為提高教師幸福感提供參考。
[Abstract]:The development of education depends on teachers. Teachers' professional well-being plays an extremely important role in the development of education in China. The whole society should pay close attention to how to improve teachers' professional well-being. By defining the related concepts of teachers' professional well-being and clarifying the role of improving the vocational well-being of secondary vocational school teachers, the necessity of improving the vocational well-being of secondary vocational teachers is obtained. At the same time, through the investigation and research, This paper analyzes the current situation, problems and causes of vocational well-being of secondary vocational school teachers. Finally, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the professional well-being of secondary vocational school teachers. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems of the happiness of secondary vocational school teachers through four parts. The first part of this paper first put forward the reason of the topic; then through the analysis of the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad, finally to define the relevant concepts of vocational well-being of secondary vocational school teachers. The second part of this paper through questionnaires, interviews and other survey methods to Fuzhou secondary vocational school teachers well-being analysis, summed up the current status of secondary vocational teachers. The third part of this paper from the personal, school and social aspects to find out the reasons for the low well-being of secondary vocational school teachers, and conduct attribution analysis. In 4th part, according to the actual investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward the methods and strategies to improve the vocational well-being of secondary vocational school teachers, which provides a reference for improving teachers' well-being.
