【摘要】：深化創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是我國全面深化改革的根本要求,是我國民族振興的基調(diào),也是我國加快實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的迫切要求。2015年國務(wù)院對外公布印發(fā)的推進大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬眾創(chuàng)新的意見中明確指出,要通過擴大就業(yè)、促進收入分配的結(jié)構(gòu)性調(diào)整,實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的支持認可,促進就業(yè)發(fā)展的良性互動。黨中央、國務(wù)院高度重視高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,并明確了要將創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育融入人才培養(yǎng)過程中去,帶動增強學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意識和創(chuàng)新精神,并培養(yǎng)相應(yīng)能力,為建成創(chuàng)新型國家提供源源不斷的人才支持。在當前環(huán)境趨勢下,研究認為要把推動高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育融入人才培養(yǎng)全過程中作為重點,將創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)帶來的機制、模式、途徑、趨勢、必然性、可行性等方面進行多點突破,全面探討。本研究以創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的推行背景為切入點,通過創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革的導向趨勢,勢必會引發(fā)高校人才培養(yǎng)朝向職業(yè)型、應(yīng)用型發(fā)展,通過文獻分析法和范例分析法以及比較分析法等研究方法,首先梳理創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)的國際潮流和我國政策導向,并分析了應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀及困境,同時以深圳職業(yè)技術(shù)學院為范例,借鑒其招生與培養(yǎng)模式、教學管理模式等,綜合分析深圳職業(yè)技術(shù)學院對應(yīng)用型職業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的經(jīng)驗借鑒,以及不足之處,整合提出本研究的對策,即整合創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念;構(gòu)建產(chǎn)教深度融合的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系;建立以能力本位為導向的學生考核;建立多維、立體化明確的課程體系;創(chuàng)新思維推進“雙師型”隊伍建設(shè);建立并有效利用創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐基地。旨在為創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)背景下高校培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型職業(yè)人才,深化轉(zhuǎn)型的道路上添磚加瓦。
[Abstract]:Deepening innovative and entrepreneurial education is the fundamental requirement for our country's comprehensive deepening of reform and the keynote of our nation's rejuvenation. It is also an urgent requirement for our country to speed up the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy. In 2015, the State Council issued and issued an opinion on promoting mass entrepreneurship innovation. It is clearly pointed out that we should promote the structural adjustment of income distribution through the expansion of employment. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and have made it clear that it is necessary to integrate innovative entrepreneurship education into the process of personnel training. Promoting students' entrepreneurial awareness and innovative spirit, and cultivating the corresponding ability to provide continuous talent support for building an innovative country. The research believes that the emphasis should be put on the integration of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities into the whole process of personnel training, and the mechanism, mode, approach, trend, inevitability, feasibility and so on brought by innovation and entrepreneurship should be broken through. This study takes the implementation background of innovative entrepreneurship education as the starting point, and through the orientation trend of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, it will inevitably lead to the professional and applied development of talent training in colleges and universities. Through literature analysis, case analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods, this paper first combs the international trend of innovative entrepreneurship education talent training and China's policy direction, and analyzes the current situation and difficulties of applied talent training. At the same time, taking Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College as an example, using its enrollment and training model, teaching management model and so on for reference, this paper comprehensively analyzes the experience of Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College in the training of applied professional talents, as well as its shortcomings. Integration puts forward the countermeasures of this study, that is, integrating and innovating the idea of entrepreneurship education, constructing the innovative education system of innovation and entrepreneurship education, establishing the students' examination based on ability, establishing a multi-dimensional, three-dimensional and definite curriculum system. Innovative thinking promotes the construction of "double-qualified" contingent, establishes and effectively utilizes the practice base of innovation and entrepreneurship, aiming at fostering applied professional talents in colleges and universities under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, and contributing to the road of deepening transformation.
