【摘要】：正北京財(cái)貿(mào)職業(yè)學(xué)院建立創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐基地,實(shí)行"三師制"指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐。"三師制"是由項(xiàng)目師長帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生開展創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐;由校內(nèi)創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)教師對項(xiàng)目開展進(jìn)行專業(yè)指導(dǎo),并對項(xiàng)目整體進(jìn)程加以掌控;由校外創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師對行業(yè)規(guī)范、市場現(xiàn)狀及實(shí)際運(yùn)營方面予以指導(dǎo)。在"三師制"共同監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)下,學(xué)校學(xué)生在"實(shí)踐—學(xué)習(xí)—再實(shí)踐"的過程中積累了豐富的創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。從2005年開始,學(xué)
[Abstract]:The Beijing Institute of Finance and Trade has established an entrepreneurial practice base and implemented the "three-division system" to guide the practice. The "three-division system" is led by the project teacher to lead the students to carry out the entrepreneurial project practice; the entrepreneurship guidance teacher in the school conducts professional guidance on the development of the project. And the overall process of the project to be controlled; by outside the business mentor to guide the industry norms, market status and actual operation.
