【摘要】：近年來,在職業(yè)教育"產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作"的思想不斷深化形勢下,校企合作仍然是職業(yè)院校人才培養(yǎng)模式改革的難點(diǎn)。分析德國、澳大利亞、美國等國家職業(yè)教育校企合作育人成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)、模式入手,從發(fā)揮政府部門主導(dǎo)作用、選擇校企合作育人載體、注入育人過程五大要素、把握專業(yè)建設(shè)等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)出發(fā),對幾個(gè)核心的問題進(jìn)行了思考,嘗試構(gòu)建獨(dú)具特色的職業(yè)教育校企合作育人多元共建模式。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the situation of the integration of industry and education and the cooperation of schools and enterprises, the cooperation between schools and enterprises is still a difficult point in the reform of talents training mode in vocational colleges and universities. In the United States and other countries, the successful experience and mode of cooperative education between schools and enterprises in vocational education, starting with the mode, starts with giving play to the leading role of government departments, selecting the carrier of cooperative education between schools and enterprises, injecting the five elements of the process of education, and grasping the key links such as professional construction, etc. This paper discusses several core problems and tries to construct a unique mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education.
