【摘要】：隨著信息化社會(huì)的高速發(fā)展,在高校推行數(shù)字校園建設(shè),已成為國(guó)內(nèi)許多大學(xué)提升教育質(zhì)量和辦學(xué)水平的一項(xiàng)重要舉措。數(shù)字校園建設(shè)主要包括在校園信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)、教育教學(xué)資源等方面,形成整體化的數(shù)字校園系統(tǒng),在高校教育管理過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)、科研、管理、辦公的信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化。數(shù)字校園建設(shè)水平代表了高校整體實(shí)力的強(qiáng)弱和現(xiàn)代化的程度,也是高校教育信息化在數(shù)字時(shí)代的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和必然產(chǎn)物。 目前,國(guó)內(nèi)一些高校在數(shù)字校園建設(shè)的不斷實(shí)踐和探索過(guò)程中,取得很多可喜的成績(jī),但與此同時(shí),也存在不少問(wèn)題,如校園建設(shè)總體水平較低,網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的利用率低,信息資源開(kāi)發(fā)落后,信息孤島現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重等等,特別是高職類(lèi)院校,這類(lèi)問(wèn)題尤為突出。學(xué)校要獲得更好的發(fā)展,就得尋求一個(gè)適合學(xué)校發(fā)展的數(shù)字校園建設(shè)模式,只有如此,才能夠在信息社會(huì)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。大學(xué)資源計(jì)劃(University Resource Planning,簡(jiǎn)稱URP)是數(shù)字校園建設(shè)的核心,它是一種全新的信息資源整合方法和教育資源管理模式,代表著大學(xué)的信息化水平和綜合實(shí)力。 本文以國(guó)內(nèi)外高校數(shù)字校園建設(shè)為背景,通過(guò)介紹URP相關(guān)理論,討論了URP的體系結(jié)構(gòu),URP規(guī)劃的常用方法,URP數(shù)字校園建設(shè)水平的評(píng)價(jià)體系。結(jié)合江西工業(yè)工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的實(shí)際情況,構(gòu)建了基于URP的數(shù)字校園系統(tǒng)模型,闡述了URP建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的內(nèi)容及措施,利用綜合模糊評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)學(xué)院的數(shù)字化水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),最后對(duì)江西工業(yè)工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院現(xiàn)有的數(shù)字校園建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行對(duì)策研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information society, the implementation of digital campus construction in colleges and universities has become an important measure for many universities in China to improve the quality of education and the level of running schools. The construction of digital campus mainly includes the campus information infrastructure. Information network application system, educational resources and other aspects, forming an integrated digital campus system, in the process of education management in colleges and universities to achieve teaching, scientific research, management, office information, The level of digital campus construction represents the strength and modernization of the university as a whole, and it is also the trend and inevitable outcome of the university education informatization in the digital age. At present, some colleges and universities in China have made many gratifying achievements in the process of continuous practice and exploration of the construction of digital campus, but at the same time, there are also many problems, such as the low level of campus construction and the low utilization rate of network resources. The development of information resources is backward, the phenomenon of information isolated islands is serious and so on, especially in higher vocational colleges. If schools want to obtain better development, they must seek a digital campus construction model suitable for the development of schools. University Resource Planning (URP) is the core of the construction of digital campus, which is a new method of information resources integration and educational resource management. Represents the university's information level and comprehensive strength. Based on the construction of digital campus at home and abroad, this paper introduces the theory of URP. This paper discusses the common methods of URP architecture planning and the evaluation system of URP digital campus construction level. Combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi Industrial Engineering Vocational and Technical College, a digital campus system model based on URP is constructed. This paper expounds the contents and measures of the URP construction project, evaluates the digitization level of the college by using the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, and finally studies the existing problems in the construction of the digital campus in Jiangxi Industrial Engineering Vocational and Technical College.
