基于KOMET測(cè)評(píng)技術(shù)的高職學(xué)生職業(yè)能力測(cè)評(píng)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),由于社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注,我國(guó)職業(yè)教育獲得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,在體系、辦學(xué)、體制、機(jī)制等各方面都有了明確定位和相應(yīng)改革,逐步形成了政府主導(dǎo)、依靠企業(yè)、各行業(yè)充分發(fā)揮作用、社會(huì)力量積極參與的發(fā)展格局。伴隨著職業(yè)教育的迅速發(fā)展,它在人們心目中的地位也逐漸與普通教育持平,那種“學(xué)而優(yōu)則仕”的傳統(tǒng)觀念在人們心目中逐漸淡化,取而代之的是“技術(shù)才是硬道理”的思想。 然而,我國(guó)已步入新知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,企業(yè)在選用人才上對(duì)應(yīng)聘者的職業(yè)能力提出了新要求,把目光從單方面的職業(yè)技術(shù)能力轉(zhuǎn)向了綜合職業(yè)能力。面對(duì)這些新要求與變化,高職院校有必要緊跟時(shí)代步伐,重新審視學(xué)生職業(yè)能力的內(nèi)涵,全面了解學(xué)生職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,選擇行之有效的方法進(jìn)行教學(xué)改革,以便提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量;選擇合適的測(cè)評(píng)技術(shù)對(duì)高職學(xué)生的職業(yè)能力進(jìn)行測(cè)量和評(píng)定,以適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的需要,量體裁衣,為企業(yè)培養(yǎng)出合格的技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才。本研究試圖基于KOMET測(cè)評(píng)技術(shù),編制適用于高職學(xué)生的職業(yè)能力測(cè)評(píng)問(wèn)卷,并選取高職院校19個(gè)大類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)中的機(jī)械制造與自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)的大二學(xué)生作為被研究對(duì)象,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了職業(yè)能力測(cè)評(píng)的實(shí)證研究,旨在評(píng)估這些學(xué)生所達(dá)到的能力級(jí)別以及職業(yè)能力水平的基本狀況,以便為學(xué)生正確定位、教師教學(xué)、院校改革等提供參考依據(jù)。 本文由五部分組成。首先,大體介紹了本文的研究背景、意義、已有研究現(xiàn)狀和研究思路與方法,并對(duì)與本研究相關(guān)的概念做了界定;其次,從高職學(xué)生職業(yè)能力的內(nèi)涵、測(cè)評(píng)內(nèi)容、兒種通用的測(cè)評(píng)方法等方面著手,對(duì)高職學(xué)生職業(yè)能力測(cè)評(píng)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析、介紹;第三,從KOMET的開(kāi)發(fā)背景及測(cè)評(píng)目的、KOMET能力模型的建構(gòu)、.KOMET測(cè)評(píng)方案的設(shè)計(jì)等方面具體介紹了KOMET測(cè)評(píng)技術(shù);第四,以湖南機(jī)電職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為個(gè)案,擬選擇該校機(jī)械制造與自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,具體研究KOMET測(cè)評(píng)技術(shù)在高職學(xué)生職業(yè)能力測(cè)評(píng)中的實(shí)施;最后,簡(jiǎn)要總結(jié)了本文內(nèi)容,并對(duì)下一步的深入研究提出了思考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the widespread concern of all walks of life, vocational education in our country has made great progress, and has a clear orientation and corresponding reform in the system, school running, system, mechanism and so on, gradually forming the government leading, relying on enterprises, etc. With the rapid development of vocational education, its status in people's minds is gradually equal to that of general education. The traditional idea of "learning is superior" is gradually diluted in people's minds and replaced by the idea that "technology is the ultimate principle". However, our country has entered the new era of knowledge economy, enterprises have put forward new requirements on the job candidates' professional ability in the selection of talents, and turned their eyes from unilateral vocational and technical ability to comprehensive professional ability. Faced with these new requirements and changes, It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to closely follow the pace of the times, re-examine the connotation of students' professional ability, fully understand the current situation and existing problems of students' vocational ability cultivation, and choose effective methods to carry out teaching reform in order to improve the quality of personnel training. In order to meet the needs of the development of the times, the appropriate evaluation technology is chosen to measure and evaluate the vocational ability of higher vocational students, so as to train qualified technical and applied talents for the enterprises. This study is based on the KOMET evaluation technology. The questionnaire of vocational ability evaluation for higher vocational students is compiled, and the sophomores majoring in mechanical manufacturing and automation in 19 major in higher vocational colleges are selected as the object of study. On this basis, an empirical study on the evaluation of professional competence is carried out. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the ability level and the basic status of the vocational ability of these students so as to provide reference for the correct orientation of the students, the teaching of teachers and the reform of colleges and universities. This paper is composed of five parts. Firstly, it introduces the research background, significance, existing research status, research ideas and methods, and defines the concepts related to this study. Secondly, from the connotation of vocational ability of vocational students, From the aspects of the content of the evaluation and the general evaluation methods of children, this paper analyzes and introduces the vocational ability evaluation of higher vocational students. Third, From the background of KOMET development and the purpose of evaluation, this paper introduces the KOMET evaluation technology in detail from the aspects of the construction of Komet capability model and the design of evaluation scheme, 4th, taking Hunan Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College as a case study. This paper intends to select the students majoring in mechanical manufacturing and automation in this school as the research object to study the implementation of KOMET evaluation technology in the vocational ability evaluation of higher vocational students. Finally, the paper summarizes briefly the content of this paper. And put forward some thoughts on the further research.
