【摘要】：借鑒孔子的"文、行、忠、信"理念,基于高職教師職業(yè)成長不同階段的能力需求,筆者從教學、專業(yè)實踐、研究和師德四方面探索構建"一體兩翼、師德貫穿、階梯遞進"的教師培養(yǎng)體系。以"課堂、企業(yè)、團隊"為核心,設計不同層次教師培訓主題和項目,實行分層培育、因材施培;制訂"低線"目標,做到高職教師"有培無類";架構數(shù)字化研修平臺,保障"一體兩翼、師德貫穿、階梯遞進"培訓體系良性運行。通過"一體兩翼、師德貫穿、階梯遞進"培訓體系,全面提升高職教師的綜合能力,以教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展促進學生的最大發(fā)展,從而提升學校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力。
[Abstract]:Referring to Confucius' ideas of "writing, behavior, loyalty and faith", and based on the ability needs of higher vocational teachers in different stages of their professional growth, the author explores and constructs "one body and two wings" from the aspects of teaching, professional practice, research and teachers' ethics. Take "classroom, enterprise, team" as the core, design different levels of teacher training theme and project, carry out stratified cultivation, develop the goal of "low line", To ensure that the training system of "one body and two wings, teachers' ethics runs through, step by step" is well run.
