【摘要】：“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)作為一種新興的職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)模式，近些年來在實(shí)踐中得到完善和發(fā)展，，已逐漸成為校企合作的一種重要模式。這種模式得到了國家政策的積極支持和各級(jí)政府的高度重視：2004年，教育部在《關(guān)于以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向，深化高等職業(yè)教育改革的若干意見》中明確提出了“積極推行訂單培養(yǎng)，探索工學(xué)交替、任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)、項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)向、頂崗實(shí)習(xí)等有利于增強(qiáng)學(xué)生能力的教學(xué)模式”。2005年，國務(wù)院在《關(guān)于大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的決定》中強(qiáng)調(diào)“大力推行工學(xué)結(jié)合、校企合作的培養(yǎng)模式”。這些政策對(duì)于推動(dòng)職業(yè)教育的規(guī)范化發(fā)展起了很強(qiáng)的促進(jìn)作用�！坝唵问健比瞬排囵B(yǎng)作為一種崗位針對(duì)性極強(qiáng)的培養(yǎng)模式，對(duì)于提高高職院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)率起了非常重要的作用，也引起了職業(yè)教育學(xué)術(shù)界的高度關(guān)注，研究“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)的論文成為職業(yè)教育界的熱點(diǎn)之一。前人在研究“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)的特征、意義及不足、模式探索方面做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)，為我們進(jìn)一步了解和研究這種模式提供了充分的借鑒，但是對(duì)于“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)論述的論文還比較少。 本文采用比較法、文獻(xiàn)法、歷史研究方法等方法研究“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)，在回顧我國高職教育“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)發(fā)展歷程的基礎(chǔ)上，系統(tǒng)的闡述了其產(chǎn)生的背景、特征、實(shí)踐意義以及存在問題。并提出了相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策和建議，以便更好的豐富“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)的理論內(nèi)涵和完善實(shí)施策略，更好的為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)和輸送合格的技能人才，推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of vocational education, "order-oriented" personnel training has been perfected and developed in practice in recent years. This model has been actively supported by national policies and highly valued by governments at all levels: in 2004, the Ministry of Education in the "Employment oriented," In the opinion of deepening the reform of higher vocational education, it is clearly put forward that "actively carrying out the cultivation of orders, exploring the teaching modes of alternating work and learning, task driving, project orientation and practice on the job, etc., which are conducive to the enhancement of students' ability". 2005, In its decision on developing Vocational Education, the State Council emphasized "vigorously promoting the integration of work and learning," These policies have played a strong role in promoting the standardized development of vocational education. It has played a very important role in improving the employment rate of graduates in higher vocational colleges and has also aroused great concern from the vocational education academic circles. The research on the "order-type" talent training has become one of the hot spots in the field of vocational education. The predecessors have made great contributions to the study of the characteristics, significance and deficiency of the "order-type" talent training, and the exploration of the mode. For us to further understand and study this model to provide a full reference, but the "order" talent training for the systematic discussion of the paper is still relatively few. This paper uses comparative method, literature method and historical research method to study "order-type" talent training. On the basis of reviewing the development course of "order-type" talent training in higher vocational education in China, the background and characteristics of the "order-type" talent training are systematically expounded. In order to enrich the theoretical connotation of "order-type" talent training and perfect the implementation strategy, and better train and transport qualified skilled personnel for the society, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Promote the further development of vocational education.
