【摘要】：重慶市女子職業(yè)高級(jí)中學(xué)探索以女性教育、藝術(shù)教育、全程職業(yè)生涯教育為主的辦學(xué)特色。學(xué)校以"傳承文明,增彩女性"為辦學(xué)理念,以"育中華之優(yōu)秀女兒"為育人目標(biāo),立足女性未來(lái)職業(yè)發(fā)展所需具備的核心素養(yǎng)和職業(yè)核心能力,形成了具有女性元素的"崗位主導(dǎo),五段四雙"特色課程體系;通過(guò)全程規(guī)劃職業(yè)生涯、與傳統(tǒng)文化教育結(jié)合、以藝施教,培養(yǎng)"知雅行雅"、德藝雙馨的現(xiàn)代新女性。
[Abstract]:Chongqing Women's Vocational High School explores the characteristics of running a school with female education, art education and full career education as the main features. The school takes "inheriting civilization, increasing color women" as its school philosophy and "educating the excellent daughter of China" as its educational goal. Based on the core accomplishment and core competence that women need to have in future career development, they have formed the characteristic curriculum system of "position leading, five paragraphs and four pairs" with female elements, and combined with traditional culture and education through the whole course of career planning. Teach with art, train "know elegant and act elegant", the modern new female of virtue and art double-exuberant.
