福建省高職院校校企合作推進(jìn)現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大發(fā)展,走校企合作的發(fā)展道路是高職院校和企業(yè)順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展要求的必然選擇。校企合作能夠把高職教育的理論學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐操作鍛煉相結(jié)合,充分利用學(xué)校和企業(yè)在人才培養(yǎng)方面的有利資源,不僅提高了人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量也加快了人才培養(yǎng)的速度,緩解了高職畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)壓力。福建省目前正處于大力發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì),推動(dòng)海西經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)跨越式發(fā)展的時(shí)期,在這樣的發(fā)展背景下,需要大量的理論基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí)、實(shí)踐技能強(qiáng)的高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型人才。因此高職院校和企業(yè)應(yīng)共同承擔(dān)起培養(yǎng)人才的責(zé)任,為推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供充足的高素質(zhì)人才。目前福建省高職院校校企合作工作正在不斷的推進(jìn)當(dāng)中,但是由于各種原因的阻礙導(dǎo)致與全國的平均發(fā)展水平還存在著一定差距,例如合作范圍小、模式單一、合作層次淺、企業(yè)積極性不高、運(yùn)行機(jī)制不健全等問題。 本文在對高職院校校企合作的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以福建省54所高職院校為研究對象,對各個(gè)學(xué)校有關(guān)校企合作模式、規(guī)模、師資、運(yùn)行機(jī)制等方面的數(shù)據(jù)資料進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析。在分析的基礎(chǔ)上肯定了福建省校企合作在合作模式、合作效果、合作范圍、師資力量等方面取得的成績,指出了校企合作在合作水平、合作機(jī)制、雙方認(rèn)識(shí)方面存在的問題以及問題的原因,最后主要從政府、高職院校、企業(yè)、合作機(jī)制四個(gè)角度出發(fā),對福建省高職院校校企合作存在的問題提出解決的對策,以期更好的推進(jìn)高職院校校企合作的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the great development of social economy, it is an inevitable choice for higher vocational colleges and enterprises to follow the development path of school-enterprise cooperation. School-enterprise cooperation can combine the theoretical study and practical operation exercise of higher vocational education. Making full use of the favorable resources of schools and enterprises in the field of talent training not only improves the quality of talent training, but also speeds up the pace of talent training, and alleviates the employment pressure of higher vocational graduates. Fujian Province is now vigorously developing its economy. In the period of promoting the leap-forward development of the Hercynian Economic Zone, under such a development background, a large number of high quality applied talents with solid theoretical foundation and strong practical skills are needed. Therefore, higher vocational colleges and enterprises should jointly assume the responsibility of cultivating talents. In order to promote the development of economy, enough high-quality talents are provided. At present, the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province is constantly being promoted, but there is still a certain gap between the average level of development of Fujian Province and the average level of development of the whole country due to various reasons. For example, the cooperation scope is small, the mode is single, the cooperation level is shallow, the enterprise enthusiasm is not high, the operation mechanism is not perfect and so on. Based on the definition and analysis of the concepts of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, this paper takes 54 higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province as the research object. On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the operation mechanism and other data, the paper affirmed the achievements made by Fujian Province's cooperation between schools and enterprises in such aspects as cooperation mode, cooperation effect, cooperation scope, teachers' strength, and so on. This paper points out the problems and causes of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in terms of cooperation level, cooperation mechanism, mutual understanding and reasons. Finally, it mainly starts from four angles: government, higher vocational colleges, enterprises and cooperation mechanisms. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in Fujian province in order to promote the development of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges.
