【摘要】：本文從職業(yè)教育信息資源配置現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),針對目前存在的經費投入效益不高、優(yōu)質教育信息資源匱乏、教育信息資源使用率低、教育信息資源配置失衡等問題,創(chuàng)新提出"校企共建共享、區(qū)際互換共享"的配置模式,將職業(yè)教育信息資源供給過程演變成一個從產品設計、開發(fā)、共享到使用的價值增值服務流程,并從投入效益、資源質量、使用效率等3方面提出優(yōu)化配置機制,以期從源頭上保證職業(yè)教育信息資源質量,為資源公共服務的均等化提供保障。
[Abstract]:Based on the present situation of the allocation of vocational education information resources, this paper aims at the existing problems, such as the low benefit of investment, the scarcity of high quality educational information resources, the low utilization rate of educational information resources, the imbalance of educational information resources allocation, and so on. This paper puts forward the collocation mode of "school and enterprise co-construction and sharing, inter-regional exchange and sharing", which will transform the process of providing vocational education information resources into a value-added service flow from product design, development, sharing to use, and benefit from input. In order to guarantee the quality of information resources of vocational education and guarantee the equalization of public services of resources, this paper puts forward the optimal allocation mechanism in three aspects: the quality of resources and the efficiency of use.
