【摘要】：面對(duì)全國(guó)大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的新形勢(shì),高職院校迎來(lái)了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。但是,當(dāng)前高職教育存在專業(yè)設(shè)置與行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求不匹配、技術(shù)技能人才的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量與企業(yè)實(shí)際需求不匹配、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和社會(huì)服務(wù)與創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)的要求不匹配等突出問(wèn)題。高職院校必須樹(shù)立創(chuàng)新發(fā)展思想,努力推進(jìn)人才培養(yǎng)模式、技術(shù)研發(fā)模式和社會(huì)服務(wù)模式的創(chuàng)新,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)務(wù)院提出的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展高職教育的新目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In the face of the new situation of vigorously developing vocational education in the whole country, higher vocational colleges welcome unprecedented opportunities for development. However, at present, there is a mismatch between specialty setting and the actual needs of industry transformation and upgrading in higher vocational education. The training quality of technical skill talents does not match with the actual needs of enterprises, the technical innovation and social service and the requirements driven by innovation do not match the outstanding problems. Higher vocational colleges must set up the idea of innovation and development, and strive to promote the training mode of talents. The innovation of technology research and development model and social service mode can realize the new goal of innovation and development of higher vocational education put forward by the State Council.
