【摘要】：職業(yè)教育的集團(tuán)化發(fā)展是進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)后我國職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的一個新模式，由于職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)適應(yīng)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的需要，同時也為職業(yè)教育開辟了一條快速高效發(fā)展的辦學(xué)途徑，因而在職業(yè)教育界引起高度關(guān)注。對陜西而言，這種辦學(xué)模式將極大地促進(jìn)陜西省職業(yè)教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)密切結(jié)合，使職業(yè)教育更好地為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)服務(wù)，促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)科學(xué)、協(xié)調(diào)、快速發(fā)展。雖然陜西省已有多家職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)，但是，由于職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)是一個新興事物，其結(jié)構(gòu)體系仍不完整，特別是與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展聯(lián)系緊密的區(qū)域型職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)更需要強(qiáng)有力的理論給予指導(dǎo)。 本文在文獻(xiàn)分析和調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對區(qū)域型職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)的體系建設(shè)理論及組織結(jié)構(gòu)做了初步探討，，以期引起職教研究者和實踐者的進(jìn)一步思考。 本文從五個部分展開研究：第一部分是導(dǎo)論，主要介紹陜西職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)的背景、目的及意義，提出論文研究的內(nèi)容、方法、思路等，通過對研究內(nèi)容的闡述，進(jìn)一步明確文章的脈絡(luò)、框架并交代本文研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足等。第二部分是基本概念的界定，明確本文所涉及的職業(yè)教育、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)等主要概念的內(nèi)涵與外延。第三部分介紹了陜西省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展態(tài)勢以及陜西省職業(yè)教育發(fā)展與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)之間的關(guān)系，著重介紹陜西省開展職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)所取得的成績。第四部分是關(guān)于區(qū)域型職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)體系的構(gòu)建，首先從區(qū)域性職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)的基本特點(diǎn)入手，闡述了區(qū)域性職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)的組建方式、建設(shè)原則、建設(shè)策略、保障措施和基本功能；其次構(gòu)建了區(qū)域型職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)的組織與運(yùn)行結(jié)構(gòu)，明確了區(qū)域型職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)基本職能部門的職責(zé)；最后提出了區(qū)域型職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)要求。第五部分是實證部分，通過具體案例，展示職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)的實際效果，從而驗證本文第四部分所提出的主要觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The collectivization development of vocational education is a new mode of vocational education development in our country after entering the new century. At the same time, it also opens up a fast and efficient way for vocational education to run a school, and thus attracts great attention in the field of vocational education. For Shaanxi, this mode of running a school will greatly promote the close integration of vocational education and regional economy in Shaanxi Province. Make vocational education better serve the regional economy, promote regional economic science, coordination and rapid development. Although there are many vocational education groups in Shaanxi Province, because vocational education collectivization is a new thing, Its structure system is still incomplete, especially the regional vocational education group, which is closely related to the development of regional economy, needs strong theory to guide it. On the basis of literature analysis and investigation, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the system construction theory and organizational structure of regional vocational education collectivization, in order to arouse the further thinking of vocational education researchers and practitioners. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of Shaanxi vocational education collectivization, and puts forward the contents, methods, ideas and so on. The second part is the definition of basic concepts, the definition of vocational education, regional economy, and so on. The third part introduces the development trend of regional economy in Shaanxi Province and the relationship between the development of vocational education and regional economy in Shaanxi Province. The 4th part is about the construction of regional vocational education group system, starting with the basic characteristics of regional vocational education group. This paper expounds the way, principle, strategy, safeguard measure and basic function of the regional vocational education group. Secondly, it sets up the organization and operation structure of the regional vocational education group. This paper clarifies the responsibilities of the basic functional departments of the regional vocational education group, and finally puts forward the target requirements for the development of the regional vocational education group. The 5th part is an empirical part, through specific cases, To demonstrate the practical effect of vocational education collectivization, so as to verify the main viewpoints put forward in the 4th part of this paper.
